I was thrown around, towards the back of the plane. My eyes were scrunched up, tightly shut, my body wrapped up in a ball to protect myself as much as possible as I was forced through a glass tube like a ragdoll. I screamed the whole way round until I landed in a corner, where presumably I was meant to end up. I slowly unfurled as I opened one eye, realising I was around the back of the plane on the outside, still in the glass tube. In front of me was a ladder. Cautiously, I used the back of the wall to help me get onto my feet, and I wrapped my hands around the rung of the ladder directly in front of me. I nervously began to ascend, climbing for not too long until I arrived on top of the plane. My body sore from being thrown about and my heart aching from beating so fast, I peered over the top... all of the boys who had been sucked out were stood in a line, being shouted at by some scary-looking people who were dressed head-to-toe in dark blue, with a blackout helmet on so we couldn't see what they looked like.

"YOU! Get up here!" One of them ordered in a low, aggressive voice. Terrified for my life I scrambled onto the top, arriving in the line behind Aris. He turned and gave me a weak smile, which I returned. After the rest of the boys arrived, we were all equipped with some kind of gear. We had heavy backpacks with a string trailing down our fronts. We exchanged confused expressions, and after a few moments I felt Aris hold my trembling hand.

"We're gonna open this door. As soon as the countdown ends, you all jump. If you don't, you'll be shot dead." One of them explained, and they all pulled out guns from behind them, arming themselves. "Pull the string when you're near the ground to open your parachute."

Soon afterwards, the whole wall next to us lifted up, a bar across to prevent us from falling out. I watched the countdown...

3... My parachute might fail.

2... Aris might die.

1... I might die.

The bar fell and we all jumped out, synchronised. Me and Aris grasped onto each other for as long as possible, before the air tore us apart. We all fell, screaming at the top of our lungs, limbs and clothes flailing around.

The ground became nearer and nearer. I gripped onto my string, feeling like I was about to pass out. However, I held myself together. I looked over at Aris, my eyes watering and my face pale as we tumbled through the sky.

"When you get to the bottom..." He screamed, using up all of his energy to talk to me. "Wait for me!"

And with that, he opened his parachute and I continued to fall. As I got nearer to the ground, I tugged at the string.

To my relief, it opened, and I began to gently float now, nearing a forest in the middle of nowhere. I became closer and closer to the ground until my parachute tangled in a tree and I was left dangling, ten metres above the ground. As I heard my parachute slowly tear, I screamed and screeched, hoping Aris or one of the others would rescue me.

But all I heard was the loud ripping of the parachute.
