P.O.V Figas

I woke up to the loud blaring of my phone. With a small grunt, I reached out and snatched my phone from the nightstand. I quickly snatched my phone and swiped to answer. "Figas your late" my best friend Atlas said in a slightly annoyed tone. I totally forgot I was supposed to meet him at the library this morning. "I'm sorry I'll be there in a little while I overslept, bye" I said and quickly hung up. Atlas had been my best friend since I was 4 he knew everything about me and I about him. We kept nothing secret from each other.

I slowly got out of bed and trudged to my personal bathroom. As soon as I looked in the mirror at my reflection and grunted softly. I looked a hot mess. My dark brown hair lay in messy strains stuck to my head. My light brown eyes had dark purple rings under them. My lips were slightly chapped and I had dried drool on my chin. My tanned skin had red streaks from were my face laid on the pillow. A hot mess indeed. I quickly began my morning routine take a shower, brush my teeth, wash my face, put on deodorant, lotion and oiled my body, and applied chap-stick. Then I got dressed in my usual dress pants a loose white silk shirt that showed off some of my toned chest and black dress shoes. Gotta admit I cleaned up well.

With that, I make a quick exit from the bathroom. Then I grabbed my phone and made my way downstairs. The smell of bacon filled my nose but I ignored it and went straight to the door yelling over my shoulder my goodbye. I quickly made my way to my black 2016 Mustang.

Settling into the vehicle I head out to the Wickmore library. Atlas and I had this thing where we meet up once a week and talk about our lives I know it might sound weird but it is a way of keeping each other honest. Though me and Atlas were best friends we didn't see each other all the time at least in person. We only had three classes together so we usually texted and Skype after the school hours.

When I first meet atlas he came off as extremely mean but after while he warmed up to me and we became very close if Atlas was older I'd totally jump on a chance to be with him intimately. But my preferences kept that from happening. Atlas really didn't show attraction towards anybody. But he did have a girlfriend for 2 weeks it ended badly.

The drive to the library was short and I quickly jumped out of the care and jogged inside. Once inside I strolled towards the area where Atlas and I always sat. The wickmore library was huge with slick dark brown bookcases and amazingly carved columns that lead to the second floor the place was magical. It had more books than you could imagine with all types of visitors coming and going from the magnificent place.

Atlas and I always sat in the far left corner hidden by tall book shelf's it gave us our privacy to talk. As soon as I got there I notice atlas sitting at our table frowning down at his phone. His brown hair falling in his face covering up his light green eyes they were framed in thick glasses. His cheeks were slightly pink making his silky peach skin glow. his lean body was slumped forward hovering over his phone. He was in a dark blue suit that fitted him well a white button down accenting the color. He had a silver Rolex on his wrist that pulled the whole thing together. As always Atlas looked stunning.
