CHAPTER 6

Brendan walked next to me. I didn't know what to do to be honest, Brendan kept chewing on his gum.
"Where did you come from?!", I asked him creeped out.
"Well, to tell you the truth: I didn't like the fact you were hanging around them and I went looking for you. I found you right as you came out that door.", he smiled.
"Okay.", I started walking.
"Talk to me", he said and walked next to me.
"Why?"
"Because we're friends", his words made me stop walking.
"We haven't been friends since like tenth grade."
"And now we're in eleventh.."
"I am, you're in twelfth", I started walking again.
"Exactly. Stop bringing up the past, Ronni."
"You knew I liked you, so why did you do that?"
"I don't know"
"Yes the fuck you do."
"Okok. I knew she liked me and I just wanted to show off to my friends. They were always bringing me down and shit. With her I gained popularity. I regret it but-"
"Shut the fuck up and get out of my face."
"Wha-?! Hell no! You're not walking home alone!"
"I'd rather get kidnap, and murdered then walk home with someone who replaced me."
"But Ronni", I ignored him and kept walking.
"Ronni! Holding onto grudges is like holding onto a knife! The other person isn't getting hurt, but you still holding the blade it hurts you! Move on Ronni!", he called from behind me.
"Move on like you did?", I flipped him off and continued walking.
I finally got home and went upstairs. As soon as I opened the door to my house I stated coughing from all the cigarette smoke. My mom must be home. I go into the kitchen and find a tall man only wearing a towel. He turned and looked at me. It was very awkward so I just turned and walked out the room. I wanted to make it upstairs before I ran into my mom, but out of my luck she yelled my name as I went to step on the first stair.
"RONNI!"
"What?"
"WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN? I'VE BEEN WORRIED SICK!"
"I left you a note in the kitchen and you weren't worried. Go back to fucking your new guy now.", I walked up the stairs even though she kept yelling at me. She's worthless.
I slammed my door shut and plopped on my bed. I don't want to hang out with Ryder or his friends anymore. I just have to make it past this school year and next year and I'll be fine. Hopefully they don't go to the same school. I just need some sleep. I put my phone on the charger, kick off my shoes, jacket, and pants. I can't stand to sleep in pants. I crawl under the covers and try to fall asleep. As soon as I'm almost asleep my phone rings. It's Stella.
"Yo.", I answer.
"I'm so sorry about earlier. Please come back to my house, okay? We're about to play spin the bottttlllleee", Stella said
"No thanks."
"We'd thought you say that.", after she said that I hear tapping from my window.
"Bitch, what the fuck?",I said to Stella. I get up from my bed and go to my window. I don't see anyone there. Soon Ryder pops into view. He scared the fuck out of me! I jumped back then opened the window. He climbed in and I looked out and saw the rest of them there.
"Stop climbing on people's roofs",I told Ryder then hung up the phone with Stella.
"Nice underwear", he responded. What? I looked down.
"Fuck you, okay.", I said and ran over to my jeans. He watched me put them on.
"Stop staring at me.", I said and he didn't listen. I put on my shoes and grabbed my phone.
"Out the window, princess.", Ryder said and opened the window. He climbed out and I climbed out too. I shut the window best I could behind me.
"Why don't we use the door?", I asked him.
"I don't know who's all in your house and if I know them or if I want to know them.", he said as we walked towards the edge of the roof.
"Oh, fair enough."
"Hi Ronni!", eirian waved. I laughed and waved back. Ryder jumped down and landed perfectly. What the fuck? How?
"Come on, princess, I won't let you fall.", Ryder said. Oh my god. I jumped down and he caught me. What. The. Fuck. Who. The. Fuck. Can. Do. This. Shit. He had ahold of me and I wasnt quite ready to let go of him, but soon he dropped me and I shrunk size. He was taller again.
"Stop holding each other and lets go", David said and the group started walking.
"We just met...!.....its not like that!", I said.
"We're going to Davids house so this is gonna be littttttt!", Stella said dragging out the T in lit. Soon we got there and honestly I just wanted to find his bed and sleep. We walked in and it was such a nice home. Way better than mine! We sat on the red furniture and just chilled there. We talked amongst ourselves until David came back into the room with a bottle.
"You guys know the rules. We gotta drink the whole bottle first." he said. Oh god. He opened it up and took a drink. He passed it to Christan. My phone buzzed and it was a message from Brendan. Of course he would of found my Facebook. I ignore it soon it's my turn to take it drink and I do, no big deal. This continued for a while until the bottle was empty. It was a large bottle too so we all were a bit intoxicated.
"Now for the funnnnnnn", Stella said giggling. She placed the bottle down and spun it. Before it could stop Ethan stopped it for her.
"I don't accept you kissing anyone but me so of anyone will need us we'll be upstairs.", Ethan grabbed her hand and the pair went up stairs and left us all in laughs.
"Well, Gigi, Christan, are you guys cool with it. I mean its just a game. Doesn't mean anything right?", David said before continuing. They both nodded.
"If I land on Ryder its a no", eirian said. David spun and it landed on Christan. I started laughing along with Gigi, Ryder, and eirian. They leaned across the table and kissed. It was a long kiss.
"hA gaY" Ryder shouted and the two immediately pulled apart. Christan spun and it landed on eirian. They kissed and acted like it was no biggie. Eirian spun and it landed on me. Oh god. I'm not gay. What do I do? Eirian shrugged and leaned in. I went with it and kissed her. It was awkward but I didn't want to kill everyone's vibe. I spun the bottle and to my luck it stopped at the very person sitting across from me. Ryder. Now this is going to be awkward. Oh my god I'm going to embarrass myself. He got up and sat next to me. How is he so calm????? He put his hand on my cheek and kissed me. Wowza, he's a great kisser wtf. He slipped his tongue in and soon we heard Christan say, "this is spin the bottle not fuck me" Ryder slowly pulled apart and bit my bottom lip. Oh god. That's hot. He got up and walked back to his spot. I'm confused. Did he do it for the game or??? Oh god. Now I'm thinking. My phone interrupts my thoughts and I look at it. Its from Brendan again.
"Talk to me"
I replied with no.
