"Cecil,"
The building was designed in 1737 and built in 1738. It would soon become a very prestigious private college for the academically striving and advanced. It was always the top of the ladder and the chain unique, a top-notch academy with the low acceptance rate included.
It had long, wide, winding halls, 6 different student houses ( with each their own ), and a grand gothic structure. It was based in Spokane, Washington. That was the University of Maddel.
"Why are you up so late?"
The only light were the aged lamps dotted along the red and gold diamond-carpeted hallways.
The young man, Cecil, stood next to a window, letting the small amounts of light from outside shine on him. He was about six feet tall, with wavy dyed-white hair. His eyes were a chocolate brown.
Those eyes glanced up to look at who had questioned him. It was one of the prefects, Lafayette Isol. She was average, with brown skin and mid-length black hair tied into short pigtails.
Cecil looked at her with a small and concerned frown. "Is there a problem?" He questioned her now, placing his hands on the window's sill. Even though it was well past midnight, he was still in his uniform from the day. All the students had the opportunity to change into more casual clothes once classes ended, and Cecil Kessarue was not a stranger to that. Lafayette was even in her pajamas now- as a prefect it was her job ( among several others in each house ) to see that everyone was in their dorms after curfew. ".. Ah, yes, Cecil. Curfew was 3 hours ago." Cecil raised a brow, quickly glancing at his wrist on the sill. "Mm. You're not wrong." Cecil laughed a little, but that gait didn't stop Lafayette from approaching him with her arms crossed. "So.. Go to bed. It's past twelve. You might be in the same house as me, but I'm not going to hesitate to tell the heads how many times I see you out here. This was the last straw." Cecil's eyes narrowed. "You've seen me out her before?" Lafayette groaned, feeling herself getting slightly agitated. "Uh, duh? I'm the only prefect that checks this wing, and you're out here... Every Tuesday and Friday. So far... Okay, before you get your little butt to your room, tell me why. I have a stroke of curiosity.."
"Not everything has to have a reason... I come here because I want." Normally Cecil was happy and bright. Sarcasm wasn't for him, neither was rudeness ( or blunt answers ).  Lafayette knew that because she had known Cecil for all the years he had been at Maddel. Sure, they weren't exactly friends, but they had the bond and mutual interest ( perhaps just on Lafayette's part ) in each other that could only be acquired by knowing someone for a long period of time. "If you say so. I'll let that slide.."
"Hey, Lafayette.. Come here, won't you?" Lafayette sighed, choosing to listen to Cecil, nearing him more. He pointed out the glass. "Look."
The house was on the fifth floor of Maddel: it came with a beautiful view. "Have you ever seen through this at late night? Or are you too worried with your.. Prefectual duties?" Lafayette pursed her lips, standing next to Cecil, gazing out of the glass. "Ah.."
The wide river glinted in the distance, behind small buildings and tall trees and everything in between. "It's pretty," She commented, looking up at Cecil. He nodded, looking down. "The best now." The small college student looked back out the window, helplessly enthralled. He attention was only thrown off when Cecil moved behind her and extended his arms forward. In a few jerky moves, he managed to pry open the window. "C-Cecil!" Lafayette exclaimed, feeling a cold gust of high wind hit her on the cheek. "Close that! It's cold!" Cecil just hummed. "But it's better to feel it too." Lafayette growled a bit, staring down the five stories to the well-kept sidewalk far down below. "Fine, Cecil. But you better not pull anything."
Cecil laughed again. "Pull anything? Come on~ You know I would never do anything to you." Lafayette could almost sense Cecil smirking behind her. "-Yes, of course, but-"
She felt lips press against the back of her head. "At least, nothing bad."
Lafayette tensed, not sure what to think. Cecil had never  shown romantic feelings to anyone before. It was somewhat odd that.. He would do something, such as this. Lafayatte shoved an elbow back at Cecil, jabbing him slightly in the stomach.  He grunted. "I said no pulling anything, Cecil! Get off of me!" Cecil grew ominously quiet.

Lafayette felt his breath.

".. I don't think so, Miss Isol." Cecil shoved Lafayette forwards, just a bit, so that her head and upper torso was slightly out of the window. She let out a small shout, growing panicked and confused. "Let go of me! Let go of me now!" She jabbed at Cecil with her elbows again, a move that would normally send someone reeling. But Cecil, Cecil didn't even budge. "Why?" He questioned, moving his grip from around her stomach to her wrists. He squeezed them with an just about unbearable pressure. Lafayette began to silently simmer, both incredibly nervous and incredibly furious. She had thought that Cecil was decent, and now-
"I really hate to do this, but you're much to smart. You could figure me out."
What?
Cecil moved his hands back to Lafayette's waist- before lifting her up with nearly no effort at all.

"PUT ME DOWN! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

"You are such a great girl. It's too bad no one's here to help  you.. All the good boys and girls are in bed, aren't they? Hm."
Cecil pushed Lafayette further, but it seemed to slip his mind that her arms were free. They quickly spread to grip on the sills on the other windows next to the one that was open, keeping her still.
Cecil snorted, irritated. Instead of taking his time with words, he figured it would be better to use force.
He moved one hand to Lafayette's right arm, the elbow.
"I'll break your arm." He muttered sourly, assuring his point by squeezing tightly. Only in her pajamas, it was obvious that Lafayette got multiple sparks of pain. She cried out, writhing. "Stop it, Cecil, you're not a murderer!" She exclaimed.
"Okay." He said simply, before forcing her arm off the sill. Twisting her around so she was on her back, the only thing keeping her  there was the grip she had on the left window. But that was quickly slipping, with both the sweat from her palms and the force Cecil was exerting on her.
"I'm.. Awfully sorry, but you probably won't be found until morning. I hope they contact your family okay. They must be so proud of you."
Lafayettes grip slipped as she took a final look at Cecil's face.

She fell down, not yelling a word, hand reaching to grasp the cold, windy air.

"Disgusting," Quietly said Cecil, before obliging to Lafayette's last wish and heading to his dorm.
