When I was 3 my father was killed by burglars, I was left in my mothers care. After my fathers death, my mother took to drinking. She would beat me till I was black and blue and then, when sober, would apologise and say she didn't want me dead. But, like they say, Drunk minds speak sober thoughts. My mother died when I was 7, she was in a car accident. On her way to work she was hit by a drunk driver. ironic, that when she finally decided to sober up and look after me properly, she was hit by a drunk driver.
After her death I was left with my twin, Rebekah. I loved her to pieces and without her I never would of gotten through our parents deaths. Since we were only 7 and had no living relatives left, we were sent into foster care. We spent the best part of two years there and had a great bunch of friends who had vaguely gone through the same thing as is when out of the blue, some drunk college students thought it would be funny to set fire to the care home. My twin died that day and a part of me died with her...
I caved into my self after that. I was sent to home after home, never staying in one more than 2 months. The adults just didn't know what to do with me. The doctors tried everything to release me from depression but nothing worked. finally, when I was 15, I was sent to a home somewhere in California where I came across a foster brother called Jace. Jace wouldn't leave me alone, he was curious about me, his parents had never done this before, so he had to quell his curiosity. he was around my age and a fellow nerd. He wanted to know why I was depressed and he kept pestering me until finally I snapped, I yelled and punched him in the face, he had caught the rest of my hits with ease and just pulled me in for a hug. I crumbled and cried into him, releasing the unshed years for my twins death.
After that we got on like a house on fire.
He was a street fighter and unwilling to teach me. One day he caught me singing in the shower, he wanted to learn so I struck a deal with him. He'd teach me how to fight if I taught him how to sing.
Its three years later and both of us lead triple (yeah triple) lives. A pop star (we sing together- duets and the like), a street fighter (we both remain unbeaten champions), and the school nerds...
(A/N):- hey!
Pic of Jace on side
btw- doesn't make sense that they'd teach each other but idgaf
