[ Third Person ]

She has been unconscious for almost a week now, and they aren't worried. It doesn't matter if she dies or lives, they will just get rid of her either way, they have too. Her faint breathing could be heard, but she had a loud heart beat; it could be heard for miles to them. They now had to lay low and were not happy about it, she could wake up at anytime; if they aren't there and she gets out, they could get caught.

"A red head this time, what's up with that?"  "You can smell her, can't you? That's why."

[ Lindsey's POV ]

"A red head this time, what's up with that?" "You can smell her, can't you? That's why."

I could hear voices, at least three now, but I couldn't move. I started to panic, my eyes wouldn't open either. What's going on, how can I hear things but can't move or see? My mind was going a mile a minute, I want to scream so bad, I need help! I heard movement coming from downstairs, but it was very light, I don't know how I heard it. Just then I heard a scream, my scream. I guess I can talk and all I did was scream bloody murder.

"What the hell is wrong with her?"

I tried so hard to pry open my eyes, desperate to see who was here. I didn't hear the voice I heard in my house yesterday, all the voices were foreign. All of a sudden I felt my chest being lifted up, my back arching. I whipped my eyes open immediately and screamed again. My body dropped back to the bed and I looked over and saw a boy with black hair standing there; he was looking at me smirking.

"Now that you've shut up, good morning." I simply glared at him and in a sudden burst of courage I bolted over to him. I got right in his face and he didn't even falter. As I glared at him, I noticed it; his eyes.

My expression dropped and I stepped back, he laughed at me, his eyes all I focused on. "Quite the shock huh?" he said, his voice was dry and sickening. "Who are you?" I asked, my throat dry and I struggled to not stutter. "I'm - ZAYN! -" someone shouted from outside the door. "I'm Zayn." he chuckled, the door flying open.

"I told you to stay out of here! All of you!" he said. I now saw him in the light, he was pale and had a scar on his eyebrow. His muscle shirt and black jeans looked worn out, ripped and dirty. I now saw three more guys standing in the room, that I hadn't noticed before. "We just wanted a sample." The blond boy said, his eyes flaring red. He looked like he was imagining something and started to step towards me.

"Niall." he warned. The boy, Niall, snapped out of his trance almost instantly and his eyes returned to blue. I had a lot of questions and wanted to ask them, it would answer a lot of things. My mouth opened before I could realize what I was doing.

"Why am I here? What the hell are you?" After my lips stopped moving, all there heads turned to look at me. They rushed around the room, no longer visible to my eyes but the wind they created was incredible. I felt vulnerable, not knowing what they were doing or where they were. I pulled down the sleeves of the shirt I was wearing, which I noticed was not mine, and hugged myself.

"Have you read Twilight? I believe its a book about vampires, am I right Louis?" One of them said, his nose pressed up against my head, but he quickly disappeared. "I believe it is Liam, have you read it Lindsey?" I didn't know if it was a rhetorical question so I didn't answer.

"I don't think my ears missed it, but you answer a question when asked of you. Got it Lindsey?"

"Uhh-umm...n-no, I haven't-t." I replied, intimidated by how close his face was to me and the flickering red to green iris' his eyes were having a tough time choosing between. The room was dimly lite and they all looked shaded and sketchy.

"Okay you know what? I don't know what kind of prank this is but its over, take me home now." I demanded, clenching my jaw and fists tightly as the room stayed silent. They all looked like stone as I cautiously surveyed the room.

"And what makes you think we'd do that?" A chill ran down my spine then back up it as i realized that I could no longer see the once anger man. He was hiding behind me and I was growing increasingly agitated. Once again my confidence defied me as my left hand smack the man who zoomed back in front of me, at the right time.

My hand stung as I looked down at it. It was bleeding, my palm? I have slapped someone across the face before, it didn't feel like this at all. It almost felt like I slapped something extremely solid. It wasn't until felt a hard and tight feeling in my chest that I saw his hand out stretched to me. In an instant I was shoved across the room, my back cracking as it made contact with the concrete wall.

I fell into a heap, a loud hiss and cry left my lips as my body registered how much pain it was actually in. I had no idea how he did that, but then it sort of dawned on me...

"Vampires..." I groaned as my back was searing with heat, almost fire like.

"Yes, and watch it." He was as he left the room, the others following after one last glance. The sound of the door closing and the vibrations made me cry out again as my body moved by the force of the slamming door.

"Welcome to hell, Lindsey."
