Mixed feelings {Wike}

I love you

Will
All four of us walked home together. As me and Mike got to Mikes home we said bye to the guys. They looked confused, but said bye to us. As we got into the house, Mike took my hand and said he had something to tell me. We walked down to the basement. I was scared, because I didn't know what he was going to tell me. I knew that I had to tell Mike. I just didn't know how.

Lucas & Dustin
"What was that all about?" Lucas said laughing.
"I think Will likes Mike." Dustin said more serious.
"What?!?" Lucas said high
"Yeah I've noticed it for some time." Dustin said dead serious, as they stopped in front of Lucas's house.
"Maybe we should just wait and see if they are going to tell us, if  something is up with them.
"Yeah we can maybe go over to Mikes house tomorrow."
"Yeah we can play D&D or something."
"Maybe we will get them to tell." Lucas said as he walked to his door.
"Bye Dustin." Lucas said as he walked into his house.
Dustin waved to Lucas and kept going. He knew something was up, and he needed to talk to Mike and Will. But he was going to wait.

Mike
I was going to tell him. I need to. We sit down and I take a deep breath.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Will said scared.
"You're such a good friend to me Will" I said.
"Well I'm trying my best." Will said sarcastic.
I laughed nervously. I knew I had to keep going. As I looked into his eyes, I saw him. They were so pretty. I wanted to lean in and kiss him, but I couldn't. I needed to know if he liked me back first. I didn't want to gross him out.
I took another deep breath and kept going.
" I think I have feelings for you." I whispered.
"You have feelings for me." Will repeated slowly.
"But-but- don't you still like 011?" Will stuttered.
"I liked her, but Will I love you." I said while I looked straight into his eyes.
"Are you ok? It's ok if you want to go, I will understand." I said slowly almost whispering.
"Why would I go. I will never leave you Mike." Will said softly. We were sitting so close and it felt so good.
"So you aren't grossed out?" I said.
"What?! I've liked you for over a year." Will said loudly.
"You have?" I said surprised.
He gave me a long warm hug.
"Yes Micheal Wheeler." He said proud.

I didn't know what to say. It was all just overwhelming. I never would imagine that I would be gay. It's nothing wrong with it, but I know I will have to face bigger things know. Now Troy will kill us. But at least I have Will.
"What is is it?" Will said scared.
"What are we going to do? Everyone will find out, and they will bully us even worse." I said it fast and took a deep breath afterwards.
"Calm down Mike, everything will be ok." He said slowly. He took my hand in his. I laid my head at his shoulder.
"Everything is going to be just fine." Will whispered softly into my ear. I snuggled even closer to him. It felt so good being near him.

Will
Mike just told me that he loved me. I didn't think it would be possible. I felt so light. I felt so good. Everything felt right. I knew Mike were afraid. He was afraid of society. Well I can't say that I'm not. I know I have to tell Jonathan. Honestly I can't wait to tell him. As Mike snuggled near me, and laid his head on my shoulder I knew this was right. Everything was right. It was like a dream.

"Maybe we are soulmates" I said slowly.
"What's a soulmate?" Mike said looking up at me.
"Well it's like a best friend, but more." I said softly.
"Well then. You're my soulmate" Mike said happily. We sat still like this for minutes. It felt good having him so near me. I couldn't protect him in any other way. I was way shorter than him, and not strong at all. But I could protect his heart. And I will do that.

Mike
As we sat so close. Hand in hand. I rested my head on his shoulder. It was magical. Finally I don't have to pretend anymore. I can be myself. And I will not care what other say. Screw Troy, screw everyone. I love Will and they can't make me stop.
Then I heard someone open the door. It was Nancy. I knew she would eventually get to know the truth, so me and Will just sat there. We both smiled. I saw Nancy's confused face as she walked down the stairs.
"Are you guys ok?" Nancy said as she sat down with us.
"Never been better." I say as I sit up normally.
"Why were you guys sitting like that?" Nancy said even though I think she knows the answer.
"Be-because I like him" Will said and blushed. I looked at him and smiled. I softly kissed him on the cheek.
"So are you guys" Nancy said.
"Yes we are." I interrupting her.
"Have you guys told anyone?" Nancy said, still pretty confused.
"Not yet, but I want to tell Jonathan." Will said quietly.
"Yes he needs to know, and Lucas and Dustin." I said.
"Yeah, they should come over tomorrow." Will said.
"I don't think I'm ready to tell my parents yet. I don't know how they will react but I dot think it will be good." I said nervously.
" That may be a good idea." Nancy said.
" but anyways, it's dinner. That was the reason that I came down here." Nancy said and got up.
" Tell mom we will be there in a second." I said loud.
" ok, but hurry!" Nancy said slightly annoyed.
"Well now at least one person knows. It's a start" I said humorous.
"Yeah." Will said low.
"Wanna have some dinner?"
"Yes, I'm dying of hunger." Will said and got up.  He still held my hand as we walked to the stairs. Will stops and looks deep into my eyes. He closes his eyes and lean into me. As he's lips touches mine, I can feel fireworks inside of me. I don't want to stop. As he's pulls away, I see that small smile he trying to hide. We both blushes like crazy, as we go up the stairs. I let go of his hand as we open the basement door.

"What took you so long?" My mom says loudly as we sit down.
"Oh nothing, we had to end the game." As I look over at Will I can see him trying hard not to laugh.
"Also mom, Lucas and Dustin will come over tomorrow. Is that ok?"
" Yeah, you have free from school tomorrow right?"
"Yes out the week."
"Well then, I dot see a problem."
"Thanks mom!" I said happy. As I looked over at Will I can see that he's smiling too.
