The Unexpected (Pete Wentz X Reader)

You look to your left out of the cab window. Outside in the amazing, breathtaking city of Chicago the trees are dancing in the wind, the sun is lighting up the whole city making it a perfect day. You smile slightly at this new experience. You have never left your hometown till today. Hell, you even bought a new phone today and new apartment. This day all together has been full of new experiences.

While you were caught up in your thoughts the cab came to a stop. You gather up all of your basic, plain, grey suitcases. You exit the cab in a hurry. You stopped harshly remembering that you forgot to pay the taxi driver. You turn around and pull out your leather purple wallet. You quickly pull out an 100 dollar bill and hand it to the taxi driver. He points to a machine with the numbers 124. You turn your head to the left in confusion. The taxi driver states with anger "Your total was a $124 dollars, not $100."

"Oh god, I'm so sorry here," you say in remorse. You get your wallet out, again. You hand him a $20 dollar bill and a $5 dollar bill. "I know it's not a lot but keep the change."

Without a second glance the taxi driver speeds off looking for his next customer.

You turn around and look up at your new home. You admire the new apartment building and sigh. Thank god I don't have to worry about anything except for decorating my new apartment You think to your self. You love to decorate. You used to decorate the tree and house around Christmas time every year. It was blast!

You struggle but, manage to carry four suitcases in one trip up the stairs. As you slowly make it up the final staircase to the fourth floor of your new home. You almost slip on the navy blue stairs. You finally get up to the top of the stairs. The walls surrounding the inside is pure white like the outside of the building. Overall the building is magnificent and elegant for your taste.

You lay down your four grey suitcases down against the wall next to the door of your new home. Just behind that door is a new life for you. You smile at the thought. You open your purple leather purse that matches your wallet. You fish out the keys. After grabbing the keys you lay down your purse for a moment. You push the key into the door handle. After hearing a click, you turn the handle and the door flys open. The experience was as if when the door open and doves flew out and "hallelujah" started playing in the background, as if.

You gather up ur belongings and place them inside of the door. You almost trip, again. But you still proceed to step into the door. You turn around and sigh in victory. You grab your purse and shut the door. You turn back around. You notice how breathtaking the whole apartment truly is. It even looked better than the photos on the website!

In front of you was two tiny stairs leading into the future living room. Every wall in the whole house was white except for the left side of the living room wall was wooden. What was more fancy about it was that the wooden wall was dark wood. The front wall to the living room wasn't even a wall it was remarkable glass window. Not just any glass window, the glass was from the floor to the ceiling. You could over look the whole damn city! This is definitely your favorite part about the whole apartment.

      You head into the next room looking at  every detail as you walk into your future kitchen. You look at the plain white, yet elegant, walls around the room. Overall the kitchen is pretty basic.

         You feel tired so you head into your future bedroom. The bedroom has a large window, just like the one in the living room, but wider. You lay out an ur mattress. Before you know it you feel sleep over coming you. Darkness.....

I know this chapter was really short but the next one will be for sure longer and more exciting than ever. Spoiler: you met THE PETE WENTZ!
