Happy new year <3 (Kihyun x reader)

"Come on (Y/N)! Why are you taking so long to try a stupid dress on?" Kihyun shouted from outside the dressing rooms. He was currently at the mall with his best friend (Y/N) doing some last minute purchases before the new year's party they were having tomorrow.
"Because! I want to look damn good tomorrow boi!" His best friend shouted as she came out with the dress on her left hand
"Why the hell are you holding the dress? Aren't you supposed to try it on?" The pink haired boy said pointing at the red dress
"I did, and then took it off to get out of there, if i had walked out of there with the dress still on, it would be called stealing" (Y/N) said walking towards the cashier to buy the dress.
"And may I know why you made me walk in here to try a dress to then not letting me see it on you?" Kihyun whined as both got out the shop
"Because it's going to be a surprise" she said smiling, Kihyun forced a smile and continued to walk on.

~fast forward to the party on the next day~

"Kihyunie-hyung! Are you almost done with the dinner?" Jooheon asked poking on Kihyun's shoulder
"Yeah... Can you help me clean this up while I go shower?" Kihyun asked taking off his pink apron which (Y/N) gave him for Christmas, he really didn't like the color, but he liked that she gave it to him, truth to be told, Kihyun has had a huge crush on (Y/N) ever since he met her a year ago.

~flash back to a year ago~

It was Christmas eve and the boys were having a dinner at a near restaurant.
"Yo hyungs! Let me introduce you to my Noona!" Changkyun said entering the private booth with a girl next to him.
"Hi! I'm (Y/N), pleased to meet you!" The (H/C) haired girl said vowing
"Noona, sit over there next to Kihyunie-hyung" Changkyun said pointing her towards the empty seat next to Kihyun, she nodded and walked over there.
"Hello, I'm Yoo Kihyun, nice to meet you" the brunette boy said standing up to vow
"H-hi... there's no need for you to stand up, please" (Y/N) said signaling Kihyun to sit back down, the boy sat back down and handed her a pair of chopsticks
"I didn't know Changkyun-ssi had a noona" Kihyun said sipping on his soda
"Oh, he doesn't" the girl said making Kihyun choke on his drink
"What?"
"I mean I am like her older sister, our parents are good friends" (Y/N) said chuckling lightly
"Oh so... you're not blood related?" Kihyun asked looking at Changkyun
"Nope, I mean, he would be way more handsome if we were right?" (Y/N) said chuckling, making Kihyun chuckle too
"Yeah, i guess you're right" Kihyun said looking at (Y/N)
"Did you just call me pretty?" (Y/N) asked smiling, Kihyun blushed instantly and looked away
"W-while insulting Changkyun..." Kihyun said making (Y/N) laugh, he immediately fell in love with her laugh and smile, and as he got to know her better, he fell in love with her even harder.

~End of flashback~

Kihyun quickly showered and dressed up nicely, he put a little bit of make up on to make him look "more" handsome.
He walked out his room and found that the members had already organized everything, he was shocked.
"Kihyunie~ C'mere for a bit" Minhyuk shouted from the kitchen, making Kihyun startled.
Kihyun entered the kitchen and saw the other members sitting around the kitchen table
"What is this?" Kihyun said sitting down on the empty seat
"We know" Minhyuk said leaning back on his chair
"Know what?" Kihyun asked confused 'The hell's gotten into him?'
"We know you like (Y/N)-noona" Jooheon said staring at Kihyun, who started blushing like crazy
"Y-you're mistak-"
"Don't bullshit us, it's obvious" Shownu interrupted Kihyun making him shut up
"Yeah, it's freaking obvious you like (Y/N)" Wonho said smirking
"Yeah and don't worry, we didn't call you here to roast you, we called you here to help you" Hyungwon said patting on Kihyun's shoulder easing him
"H-help me?" Kihyun asked looking to his members
"Yes, just do what we say and she'll be your girlfriend for new year" Minhyuk said smiling
"But, we don't know i-if she likes me back..." Kihyun said looking to the floor a bit hurt 'Yeah, what if she doesn't like me back and I confess? I prefer to never confess than to lose her as my friend...'
"Oh believe me hyung, she certainly does" Changkyun said snapping Kihyun out of his thoughts
"R-really? How do you know?" Kihyun asked with his eyes enlightened
"Just trust me hyung" Changkyun said winking at him nodding to Minhyuk to say the plan
"Okay! So this is what we'll do..."
