Imagine Person A is a superhero and Person is normal and doesn't know about A's real identity. Some villian attacks B and A (In costume) holds a dieing B in their arms telling them who they are and comforting them in death. After B dies, everyone thinks A did it and a moaning A gives up their superhero lifestyle so they don't feel so blamed for B's death.
Bonus: B's ghost tells A it's okay because they don't blame them and to continue saving people
