Chapter 9

Readers p.o.v

After escaping, we walked for what seemed like forever through a dark thick forest. I usually enjoyed a nice stroll through the woods, but not these woods. I felt like I was being watched around ever corner and every tree, and the wind was howling like a million terrified screams.

I gripped slightly onto slendermans arm and I could feel one of his tendrils wrap around my waist. A light blush spread across my cheeks but I cuddled into his side. Even though he was feared by everyone that knew him, he made me feel safe. The way he held me, made me feel protected, like no one could harm me.

Eventually we came across a large mansion towards the mansion and he walked towards it

"This is where you will be living from now on human" I looked at him

"H-here?" He nodded

"Yes, is there a problem?" I shook my head

"N-no, it just seems like a very big house for two people.." He chuckled

"Two people? What made you think there were only two?" I looked at him confused

"Wait then who-"

"Just come inside. I will introduce you" I then nodded slightly and followed him inside.

Slendermans p.o.v

I took her inside and everyone was there in the living room. I was nervous of how they would all react, but then again there would be no reason for me to care if she did die. Well that's what I thought, but somewhere inside me wanted her alive, though I wasn't really sure why.

I walked into the living room with her, still holding her waist with one of my tendrils.

"This human will be living with us from now on" They all looked at her with blood crazed, or lust filled eyes and I pulled her behind my back. "And none of you shall harm her" My three proxies, Toby, Masky and Hoodie then walked over with their arms crossed

"Well what is her purpose of being here?"

"That is none of your concern" I held her and was about to pass them but they blocked my way

"As your proxies its our job to keep you safe"

"How do we know that she hasn't threatened you?" Toby held his hatchet on his shoulder

"Y-yeah, how do w-we know she is safe?" I sighed then growled

"So, are you saying I'm weak?" They looked at me and shook their heads

"No boss, we're not"

"Then trust my decision and don't you dare lay a hand on her" They sighed and put their weapons down

"Fine, we trust you boss" They then walked away and I looked at Y/n

Readers p.o.v

I was trembling in fear. These people were killers. I hadn't spoken to any of them but I could tell by the weapons they held and their crazed faces. I held onto Slenderman, looking at everyone of their faces, but one in particular scaring me the most.

His mouth was slit open on both sides and his eyes full of blood red veins. He then caught me looking at him and smirked then stood up. I looked down, my body trembling then when I looked back up he was right in front of me, smirking,

"Well hello~" Slenderman then growled

"Jeff what are you doing?"

"I'm just saying hello boss, is there anything wrong with that?" Slender growled again and Jeff then chuckled and looked back at me.

"So what's your name sweet heart~" His voice was rough, but also sinister and it sent shivers down my spine.

"Y-Y/n" He smirked then leaned into my ear

"Well its nice to meet you, I'm Jeff" He chuckled then licked up my neck, which caused my eyes to widen and I stumbled backwards, tripping over someone's foot and falling to the ground. I heard a few chuckles but someone with a blue mask then walked over to me and held his hand out

"Here" I looked up at him and wasn't sure if I could trust him, but I held his hand and he pulled me up. I smiled slightly

"Thank you" He nodded then walked back to his seat and sat down. Jeff glared at him

"Your no fun" Slender growled loudly and grabbed his hoodie and lifted him into the air and I looked at them

"H-hey its o-okay, he was just joking" Slender growled then sighed and threw him roughly against the wall then grabbed my wrist

"If anyone else tries to do anything to her you will be sorry" He then pulled me upstairs and took me into a small room that lived down one of the halls. I walked into the room and smiled

"Thank you" He nodded

"I'm sorry about their behaviour. They will get used to you eventually" I nodded slightly

"Its fine...I will just have to get used to it as well" He walked over to me and I looked up at him, before he gently stroked my cheek with his hand

"Your a brave human, you will do fine" I blushed slightly then he let go and walked out of the room, leaving me alone. I yawned then laid down, my eyelids closing as I fell asleep.
