Chapter 6

Emily's Pov

I wake up the next morning to the sound of a dog barking downstairs. I turn my alarm clock off from my phone. I was hoping to wake up from a nice text from Alison however I was wrong. I get up and get ready putting my converse on a my blue hoodie with a pair of bf jeans. I go downstairs and see my mum with a new puppy his so cute.

(E) "Hey mum I saw while kneeling down to cuddle him what do we have here,? "

P) "his called taffy I hope you like him I know how much you like dogs "

E) "thank you so much mum has he eaten "

P) "yeah he has I'm going to go and walk him you best get off to school your be late sweetheart "

E) "okay little buddy I'll be back later I say kissing his head and passing him back to my mum love you mum bye "

I drive to school dreading today not looking forward to it at all. I'm not going to play games anymore. If Alison wants to be mean then so let her. I can't be bothered anymore.

(E) "Hey Hanna you okay?"

H) "yeah I'm good I'm so glad the summer holiday is next week "

E) "me too have you got anything planned? "

(H) "yeah us girls are going to new York next weekend if you want to come "

(E) "I would but I don't think alison likes me so going to be a bit hard "

(H ) "oh not this again she thinks you don't like her and same vise versa" when will this stop she says angry

(E) "when she stops it Hanna I'm going to class I say with a tone closing my locker behind me "

Alison's Pov

As I get to school late I feel nervous because I know things aren't great with me and Emily at the moment. It's gone from amazing to really bad. I hate it I'm only being mean to her to see if she cares but have i took it too far now?. I don't know maybe I have. I wish I hadn't of started any of this but I guess I'll just put on a brave face and pretend I'm completely cool with it even though I'm not at all. I just do well at covering up my feelings and stuff.

I get into class and sit next to Hanna and Spencer. I look over my shoulder and see Emily at the back getting on her with work. I want to go over and talk to her. I don't have the courage to do it at all I can't I truly believe she hates me now.

The school bell ends and as I gather my things up. I see Hanna and Emily leaving together. So that just leaves me and Spencer I go up to her and say.

A) 'Hey Spencer you fancy going to the movies tonight?"

(S) "can't tonight I'm busy I'm sorry ask Hanna I'm sure she would go with you "

Great I'll have to ask Hanna later now because she's with Emily. I can't invite Emily not what after happened at the Beach. That was my worst experience ever never again. I see emily walking past me.

(A) "Hey em what are you doing tonight? "

(E) "I'm busy why? "

(A) "Well never mind I didn't want to hang out with you anyway I can find better people to hang out with" she say sharply

E) "Whatever I don't care anymore alison play your games"

A) "don't play a game who can play them better em I told you that already"

Emily's POV

I walk off immediately I'm sick of her saying I'm playing games when I'm not at all. I just want to confess my feelings to her. I can't there's no way I'm going to do that. As I walk home I keep thinking of Alison and what she saying. One of has to make the first move but why has it got to always be me?. She should too I get my phone from my pocket and text her.

To Ali: look I don't know what your problem is but can we just stop it now please?

From Ali: oh but I'm having fun maybe I don't want to stop

Ok that's it I'm seriously done now I give up not much else I can do. As I get home I see Taffy running towards me." hey little buddy how are you?" I pick him up and cuddle him close. I take him upstairs with me and cuddle him on the bed. I get my laptop and Skype my friends from England.

I say to them hey girls look at my new puppy his so cute isn't he.?

They all agree and say yeah when you going to visit us?. I say to them next month.

We spend a hour speaking on Skype. I then hear a car pulling up. I jump and see a blonde girl getting out. I run to the front door.

H) "Hey em you okay' ?

E) "yeah what are you doing it Here?" looking confused

H) "I'm staying over me and Caleb had a massive argument is that okay ? "

(E) "yeah sure come in what can I get you to drink or anything?"

(H) "no its okay I'm fine have you heard from Ali? "

(E) "no I haven't at all" looking really down

H) "she said she had a date tonight with one them lads from the beach "

(E ) "Right okay then"

We go back upstairs and I sit on the bed with Hanna. Just laughing and joking. But all I can think of is Alison. I'm so jealous she's gone on one of the dates with boys from the beach. I get my phone and text her.

To Ali: hey be careful tonight please :(

From Ali why do you care anyways ?

I want to text back and say come round. I can't so i put my phone down and cuddle Taffy. I fall asleep with Hanna watching netflix.
