Chapter 28

     Emily's Pov

I wake up to Spencer saying "we are going to be late come on let's go." We need to get to school. I can barely open my eyes. I get up slowly going upstairs getting ready and brushing my teeth.

Emily--- "oh I feel so tired I say miserably want something to eat before we go ? "

Spencer---" no we will get something at school come on we going to be late"

Emily---- "okay just let me grab a ceral bar and some crisps then" I say going to the kitchen

We get in Spencers car and drive to school. I'm so nervous today going back.  I loved this summer spending time with Alison and the girls. It's been the best summer holidays since a long time.

We get to school. We walk in the  corridor to my locker getting my things out and I see Alison and Noel.

Emily---" hey babe missed you how are you ? "

Ali ---" I'm fine Em thanks" she says going to class

Emily---" Spencer have you got history? Can I walk with you to class?"

Spencer--- "sure come we going to be late "

We get into class. I sit at the back with Spencer.  We've got a new teacher her name is Miss Harrison .She has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Spencer--- coughs" stop staring Em"

Emily--- "but she looks like Alison I say" smiling

Spencer -- "I knew you were thinking that 'she chucks a bit of paper at me and I chuck it back

Miss Harrison--" so students when did America get involved in the world war 2 ?"

Emily--- "when the Japanese attacked the Pearl Harbour Americans decided to join Force with Great Britain and we become best allies since then "

Miss Harrison---" how do you know so much ?"she says smiling

Emily ---" well I kinda studied history back in England" i say nervously

The teacher gives us some paper work.  The bell rings half and hour later.

I go to the canteen. I see Ali with Noel laughing and joking. I say to Spencer "let's go over and sit with them" and she just nods.

Emily ----" Hey guys" I say smiling at them both

Noel--- "I haven't missed you at all he" says sarcastically

Emily---" do you want to shut up ?"

Ali ---" so how was class Em? "

Emily--- "yeah was good I knew all the answers though was on world war two "

Spencer--- "last night was so funny though when I tripped over the remote control for your TV when we watched Harry Potter "

Emily--" oh yeah that was super funny I couldn't stop laughing "

Ali ---" wait what you stayed over at Emily's last night Spencer?" she says with a tone to her voice

Spencer-- "erm yeah why ? Didn't Emily tell you? I'm confused "

Ali---" no she didn't tell me i say looking at Emily "

Emily---" Ali I'm sorry" I say looking down nervously not making eye  contact with anyone

Ali ---" Noel do you want to come round mine tonight? "

Noel--- "yeah sure I'll come round "

Ali -- "come round at 8 i say leaving the table with him"
