Noctis x Prompto

Chapter 1

It was another beautiful Day in the land of Eos. The group had slept in the trailer at Hammerhead last night. Cindy put a fresh coat of paint on the Regalia and it wasn't going to be dry till the next morning. The boys were a bit cramped in the trailer, especially Gladiolus.
Noctis slowly woke up and felt a little weight on his chest. His vision soon came to him after waking up and noticed that what was on top of him was his friend, Prompto. Prompto was asleep, cuddling Him. Noctis blushed at the position the two of them were in. Prompto was kinda hot. Just then, noctis quickly, but carefully removed Prompto from his chest, which he received a grunt, and stood up. 'What am I thinking,' noctis thought, 'I am to be married to Lady Lunafreya. I can't think of Prompto like this. Plus im not even gay.'  Noctis shook the thought out of his head. He looked around to see Prompto still sleeping and Gladiolus asleep as well. Ignus was probably already up, maybe outside or something. He's a morning person. Noctis was in a teeshirt and shorts. He grabbed his regular clothes and started to change. Even though the two were asleep, he still felt awkward changing in the presence of them. He was all dress, so he went outside to find Ignus sitting in one of the lawn chairs. He looked like he was thinking. Noctis took a seat in one of the chairs.

"Hey ignus, your up early." Noctis could tell ignus was startled but didn't show any signs of it. "Why are you sitting outside?" Noctis asked.

"It's never good to oversleep, and a little fresh air always calms the mind." Ignus stated putting a finger to his glasses.

Gladiolus came out not long after. He went over to noctis and from the back put an arm around him ruffling his hair. "Yo what up," he said.

Ignus turned away a bit and you could see he was a bit jealous. Ignus seemed to like Gladiolus.

Noctis waved Gladiolus away and put his hands to his head. "Cmon, I just did this."

Ignus rolled his eyes, "stop winning and just put a hat over it."

"Would you like it if I messed up your hair too Iggy?" Gladiolus teased.

Ignus turned red. Changing the subject, "It'd be best to get on the road soon. Lestallim isn't a trip to your local supermarket."

Noctis added, "Yeah, I wanna sleep in a hotel tonight."

"Who you tellin'," Gladiolus agreed, "Man, it's  been forever since I've seen Iris."

"Well I'll go fill up the tank," Ignus stated and started to walk off.

"I'll help you," Gladiolus said as he followed Ignus. He turned back to Noctis, "Would you mind waking up camera boy."

Noctis sighed and walking back into the trailer. He stood at the foot of where Prompto was curled up into a ball on the floor sleeping. He crossed his arms. "Hey Prompto, wake up."

No reply.

"Prompto!" Noctis exclaimed.

Prompto jolted up, saluting, "Yes Mr. Chocobo Sir!" He was kinda still dreaming obviously.

Noctis laughed to himself, "Having a good dream there?"

"Oh hey Noct," Prompto said sleepily as he rubbed his eyes. He stretched his arms up making his shirt go up a bit to reveal his body.

'Hot' Noctis thought. 'Wait, what am I thinking!?' He shook the thought out of his mind for the second time.

After clearing his head, "Ok we're gonna hit the road soon so get ready," Noctis said. After talking to Prompto he walked over to Ignus and Gladiolus who were waiting in the car with Ignus in the drivers seat and Gladiolus in the passengers spot. Noctis got in the back of the car. Soon Prompto came out and got in next to Noctis.

He looked to Noctis and smiled, "I get the luxury of sitting next to the one and only Noctis this fine morning."

Noctis returned a slight smile, "Don't mention it."

Prompto leaned up to Gladiolus, "And how's the front seat? Great right."

"Totally." Gladiolus looked to Ignus, "You know, there's just something about it that I like." Ignus blushed.

Noctis rolled his eyes. Those two obviously like each other. "You two just fuck already."

Ignus got rose red, "Noct!"

Gladiolus smirked, "You know that's not a bad idea."

Ignus chocked and almost crashed the car. Gladiolus laughed. Prompto was so clueless to what was going on.

Gladiolus then got a devilish grin on his face and turned back to the two boys. "Well if it's me and iggy, then I guess that leaves you two. What shall we call you? Nocto? Promtis? I like Promptis. How's that sound?"

Noctis looked at Prompto who looked back at him. They were as red as Ignus just a second ago.

Gladiolus noticed their blushes, "Interesting," He said smirking. He turning back around and sitting down.

Prompto nervously started, "I think NoctisFreya... NoctaFreya... LunisFreya? I don't know, something like that, sounds good. You know, since you two are..." Prompto then had a bit of sadness in his voice, "Gonna get married."

Noctis didn't know why Prompto was down all of a sudden. "Uh.. you ok."

Promptis took out his camera and pretended to look at his photos he had taking, "Yeah, sure... I'm fine."

Gladiolus knew how Prompto felt towards Noctis. Prompto just never brought it up because of Noctis and Lady LunaFreya. He also didn't want to mess with their friendship. Prompto always talks about Cindy, but doesn't really mean it.

The rest of the car ride was silent.
