**Morgan's POV**

Sweetheart, please keep up. The boats are waiting for us, we cannot miss them!" my father called. "Hmm? Oh! I'm sorry, father!" I ran to catch up with him, trying not to trip over my grey one sleeved gown. I was distracted by my surroundings. The ocean was mesmerizing today, the waves were calm and relaxed as they rolled onto the shores of our island. The Allfather would be arriving soon, to go over diplomatic things with the Lord of the Nohea realm, my father. I brushed my brown waves of hair out of my eyes as I caught up with him. We boarded our private boat that led to where the Bifrost would open, just a short ride. I was nervous, I had never met Odin before. Father always spoke fondly of him, they knew each other well. After we got off the boat, my father took my hand and led me to where we'd wait. "Father? I'm afraid..." I muttered as I looked up at him. I was young, I had never met anyone of such importance. He smiled at me, "Oh Morgan, you needn't fear the Allfather. He protects all of the 9 realms and the people within. He's coming to help me solve some things." Before I could reply, a bright light flashed in front of us. It lasted for a few moments before it vanished, Heimdall must have opened the Bifrost! Standing before us was Odin himself. This man was large in stature, he had a golden eye patch, a long white beard and a staff in his hand. My father bowed to his King, gesturing for me to do the same, I obeyed. "Mangus Renouf! My old friend, how do you fair?" Father and I stood. "We are well, my king. This is my daughter, Morgan Renouf." He introduced me. My body shook, my insides felt like butterflies as I stared at the Allfather. He smiled at me, "Hello child. I thank you for welcoming me." I was too nervous to speak, he stared at me as if I had done something and he wanted to find out what. I finally managed to nod in response. "She's a quite one, Mangus. I too would like to introduce my two sons-" Suddenly from behind his massive cape emerged a blonde haired, blue eyed boy. He wore a red shirt and black pants, he didn't seem much older than myself. "Thor." The young boy smiled at us, then another boy came from behind Odin. He looked nothing like the two, fairer skin, raven black hair, bright green eyes. He wore a green shirt and black pants and a gold belt. "And Loki." Odin finished. I hadn't noticed either boy until now. "We welcome you to Nohea, young princes. My daughter would love to show you both around while the grown ups speak!" I shot my father a look, but nodded afterwards. We all took the boat back home, Odin and father went into the study, leaving me with the two princes. Great. Thor was very loud when he spoke, while Loki was rather quiet, like me. We all were kinda shy as I showed them around. I took them to the courtyard. "This is the courtyard, I like to come here and play in the trees!" I said quietly, "Well, what are we waiting for?! Come on! Thor shouted as he ran to the nearest tree, Loki rolled his eyes, then walked next to me as we followed Thor. "I'm sorry my lady, Thor overreacts sometimes." "It's fine, Prince Loki, I don't mind. It's nice to have company for a change." I smiled, often I was by myself during the day. He nodded and smiled back. The three of us played in the trees for hours, we got to know each other a bit more. Thor seemed overconfident in himself, while Loki seemed sure of everything around him, but he was still quiet. "Let's play hide and seek in there!" Thor boomed, pointing to the forest next to the courtyard. "Umm I don't know if that's a good idea, father said to stay in the palace. It isn't safe..." I muttered, "Come on, Lady Morgan! It will be fine, you have the future king of Asgard with you!" He said proudly, I caught Loki scoffing at his brothers comment, I wonder why. After a while, we finally went with Thor. "one game, Prince Thor, and then we go back." He nodded, "I will count." Loki said as he began counting. Thor smirked at me, "First one found is a bildgesnipe!" He teased as he ran into the bushes. I ran into the forest, hoping this would be a quick game, I did not want father catching us here, I'd be in big trouble. I chose to hide behind an overgrown bush. I sat down with my knees to my chest, and fixed my dress, pulling my one sleeve back up over my shoulder. Minutes passed, I had heard Loki exclaim that he was finished counting and had begun his search. Soon I couldn't hear his voice, he must have wandered off, but I heard another noise rustling in a nearby bush. 'Maybe its Thor..' I thought, but I was wrong. A man jumped out of his hiding place, followed by another. They both wore all black, with most of their faces covered and had swords at their sides. My heart raced in my chest as I did my best to stay hidden. I did NOT want to get caught. "I heard voices here not too long ago. Look around." The taller one snapped as they both began wandering. I held my breath as they walked by. "Maybe it's the royal children, Odin brought his sons with him." They both chuckled, "Perfect. Now if we could just find one of them, we could get a fine price off them, and finish our job." I gasped, they can't do that! I have to tell Thor and Loki, we need to leave! The thugs must have heard me, because the tall one marched right over to my hiding spot, I was busted. He pushed away at branches, grabbing my arm. "Aye! What've we got here?!" He exclaimed, pulling me out. I tugged at my arm, "hey! Let go!" I shouted, he smirked, "Say Erik, isn't that Renouf's child??" His brother grinned evilly, grabbing my chin. I was too afraid to move, "I believe so. Hmm..,she's make us just as rich as the Asgardian princes...don't you think, Deryl?" I shook my head, "Please don't hurt me!" My eyes started tearing up. "Silence!" Deryl barked, slapping me across the face, sending me to the ground, I held my cheek, tears fell down my face. I looked around, then screamed as loud as I could. "LOKI!! THOR!! HELP!" Erik grabbed me, clamping a hand across my mouth. I still screamed, "Scream again, and we'll kill you!" That shut me right up. He followed his brother, dragging me with him. I heard running foot steps, coming closer, someone calling my name. The thugs stopped, looking around, they seemed panicked. "Don't drop her, Erik!" Deryl snapped, drawing his sword. Out of the trees came Loki, alone. He had a small dagger in his hand. I could see him shaking, trying to look tough. He looked at me, then at my captors, "Let her go. I command you!" He shouted, pointing his weapon. Erik&Deryl laughed, "and if we don't, little prince?" Deryl smirked, Loki frowned. "Then you'll answer to me!" Now Loki looked angry, I can't believe he's here trying to save me! Deryl started walking toward him. "Then let's fight, boy." Loki nodded, marching forward, Deryl swung first, missing Loki. Loki jumped, slicing open Deryls right forearm. Erik held onto me as I struggled to help Loki. They circled each other for quite a while, then Loki waved his arm, suddenly a tree branch swung at Deryl, knocking him off his feet. Loki pounced on him, holding his dagger at Deryls neck. "Get out of here." He snarled, a wide eyed Deryl nodded, "Let her go, Erik. We're done here." Loki climbed off him as Erik released me, I ran straight to and hid behind Loki, who kept his dagger pointed as the thugs ran off.
