The Early Morning Routine

-Sasuke's POV-

It's just a regular morning in Kohona Village the usual noises of buses, cars, and a phone buzz? I rub my eyes and look over to my dresser to see my brightened phone screen saying that I have a text message. I pick my phone addressing my eyes to the brightness I finally read that it's a text message from my boss, that can't be good, it says that I have to be at work extra early today for making a mess out of the store yesterday. I don't want to talk about it but let's just say that a bully got what he deserved with a punch to the face and a bloody nose. Enough talking about that I get up, put on a shirt realizing how cold the house is in the mornings, being 5:30 AM, and go down stairs.

I move my hand through my bed head and make some coffee because everyone else is asleep of course.  Sitting down a few minutes later I smelt my dark black coffee being freshly brewed in the kitchen. I take it to go pouring some in my coffee mug and unplugging the coffee machine. I don't need a house fire on top of everything else. I grabbed my backpack and my mug heading to my Black Mustang wondering what my so called, "boss" has in store for his lovely employee. (a.k.a sarcasm.)

I get outside walking down our short walk way to feel a faint breeze in my raven like hair; spinning my keys around my finger I noticed that my brothers car is already gone but I don't have time to worry about him because as soon as I get into my car I feel my phone buzz again. I grab my phone from my back pocket while setting down my coffee, it's my boss again demanding to know where I am I just reply saying "on my way" in an I don't care mind set. I backed out of the drive way heading to work turning up the radio playing "Crawling" by Likin Park one of my personal favorite bands.

When I ease into the now deserted parking lot of the mall; walking to the doors stood the man with an angered look on his face opening the doors was my boss, letting me in he's about to explode I said to myself as I looked to the back of his head while we walked up the stairs. We went to the second floor and three stores down to where Hottopic was waiting to be opened. Unlocking the black doors we both get inside before he asks calmly "what did you do to my store to make it look like a twister came through here and tore everything to shreds" his voice slowed rosed as he got to the end of his sentence. "Sorry sir I had a....mixup with one of the kids from my school." I said choosing my words carefully I was trying not to sound like a child but to have an adult conversation he sighed, "Uchiha make sure this does NOT happen again or you WILL be fired, do I make myself crystal clear!" He said getting in my face I backed slowly away,  I knew I would get lesctured like this,"Now I want you to clean up this scene before the costumers arrive, got it" he said waiting for me to speak, "Got it." I said coolly "get to work" he said slamming the door to the employees only room. I sighed while I picked up t-shirts and merchandise that got scattered all over the floor with a pile of broken glass in a splattered pattern. I looked over through the doors to see my idiot blond friend sitting at one of the benches in the food court filling what look liked paper work. "What is he doing here so early...?" I thought as I stared through the glass window of Hottopic but continued what I had started picking up in the first place ugh this going to be a along day.

-Naruto's POV-

I had never expected to get a phone call at what 4:30 in the morning? I answered it to find out that I need to head to the Kohona Mall asap to fill paper work for a job at Ramen Palace a really popular fast food place at the most poplar mall in Kohona Village. I hope it would be easy knowing that it was just a fast food place right, what could go wrong? We finish speaking over the phone and I jump out of bed and head to the bathroom to take a quick shower before heading out; I want to make a good first impression even for stupid paper work but I really want this job so I'm willing to clean up and smell good. I get my usual outfix of orange and black with of course more orange for the color of my pants. I eat ramen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner yummy ramen. I slurp it down in no time but when I finally get everything ready with my backpack on and phone in pocket heading through my doors it hits me that I need a ride! Oh Naruto you idiot, how could you forget to get a ride ugh stop being forgetful and think of something of course I never give up so I'll find a way of some kind to get me there.

Somehow a wonderful bus driver decided to give me a lift that was happily passing by my house to drive to the mall free of charge! Heck yah! After driving to the mall I jump off and sprint to the revolving doors and surprisingly their rotating even at this time, I learn something new every day. The doors were open but not everything else like the usual shops, uh I have never seen the mall look like a ghost town before, I don't like it at all since I hate ghosts but I am not afraid of them, sweat drop. I know exactly where to go since I've been here like a thousand times and eaten at the Ramen Palace since I was in Middle school kind of like second nature. I see the lady who called me and walked up to her with the biggest smile I could give her, yeah her face was saying the opposite and I got a creepy chill down my back when I touched her cold hands. "Here is your paper work Mr. Uzamaki" she said with a frown "Thank you?" I said as I took the packet from her. About ten minuts later her stomach rumbled catching both of us off guard and to my surprise she blushed "Sorry I didn't eat breakfast today "she said with a half smile "That's okay miss, I'm done with this I didn't expect it to be this simple" I said handing the application to her "Here" Giving her half of my bread that I grabbed off my counter before I left "Thank you Mr. Uzamaki" she said when her stomach rumbled again I just smiled "Just call me Naruto what's you name miss?" I said with a smile "It's Disumi Yomoko nice to meet you Naruto" she said shaking my hand her phone rang then she was off leaving me here alone when I noticed a certain raven hair boy what looks like cleaning? Oh I have to get a closer look.

-Sasuke's POV-

I was in the back room throwing some piece of glass away that was broken when I heard something fall coming from within the store stopping what I was doing to see what just happening; hopefully those jerks weren't back from yesterday because I would have thought that a blow to the face would keep them away on top of that I'm not in the mood to fight or clean up another mess. I opened the door to the employees only room that I was in to see that too familiar blond trying really hard not to knock off some of the small trinkets on that particular shelf that he was by.

"Naruto what are you doing here so early in the morning and if you were up why come to the mall?" I asked in a whisper hustling over to that dope, "I was filling out an application to work at Ramen Palace I was done then I saw you and decided to pay you a visit plus I like the mall." He said smiling at me with that big grin of his, "Well thanks for visiting but I'm cleaning up a mess that I made" rolling my eyes at the words coming out of my mouth, "If my annoying boss finds me talking to you instead of cleaning and not doing my job I'll get fired. So you better go before he comes back" I frowned while picking up some shirts that has on the ground, "Jeez what you even do to make such a mess this is so unlike you" He said bending over to pick up some that he was about to step on that I missed. "Here I'll help you since I won't get a response from the Ramen Palace until tomorrow anyways" he said like he was excited to clean, "Naruto it's fine, but seriously if my boss catches you in here he'll get mad" I said looking at him. When I hear someone opening the door to the store so I jump over my pile of dust bunnies that I was sweeping and push him into a huge box of anime plushies that I haven't put away yet. "Hey boss" I said with a fake smile putting away some shirts that were hanging out from their shelf. "You better be working Uchiha." He growled "Yes sir" I said with a smirk to conveince him to go outside. Just then a huge weight lifted off my shoulders I guess because I guess I like this job not including my boss.

My boss ran off somewhere probably to use the restroom before the customers came but I didn't really care Naruto popped his head up from the plushie pile "What was that for...jeez I just wanted to help you out yah know?" he said pouting in his spot that I guess he was comfortable in, "I told you that I'll get in big troble and possibly fired if he catches you even in here heck the store isn't even open to nun employees until 7:00" I said glaring at that retard "Ah I see then I'll let you clean up your boy mess that you make" he said giving me a wink with a smirk following; I give him a weirded out face as he leaves the store "jeez what a dope" I said to myself as I turned on the awesome radio that we listening to here at Hottopic.
