-Angel's POV:
"Ang! Wake up!" I hear Day-Day yell in my ear, "I'll tickle you!"
I squeal, and all of the sudden I'm across the room, holding my sides. Damon laughs at me, and I pout.
"Why, Damon! Why!"
"I'm surprised Elena didn't wake you up with all her crying." He says.
"What crying?"
"She thought Bonnie was dead, when really she's okay in the witch house."
"Yes! See yah Day-Day!"
"Get out! You owe me more scotch and bourbon!" He calls after me.
"You're a vampire! Compel someone!" I call over my shoulder.
Then I flash in front of the Gilbert's house, and I just walk in.
"Jenna?"
"In here!" she calls from the kitchen.
"Kay!" I skip into the kitchen, but halt when I see Ric. "Oh my god! Ric!? What are you doing here!?" I ask, completely forgetting last night, it's all the drinking's fault.
"Hey Angel."
"Angel?" Jenna asks.
"That's what I came here for, I wanted to tell you that I'm not Tara. That was a secret name, my name is actually Angelina." I tell Jenna.
"Well, can you tell me what's wrong with Ric?" she whispers to me, and I whisper back,
"He's a vampire hunter, and Isobel is a vampire."
"What!? Are you drunk?"
"As a skunk!" I laugh.
"Did you drive to my house?"
"No I ran from Stefan's house. I fell asleep on their couch."
"What will I do with you?"
"Party?" I ask hopefully. Then there's a knock on the door, and Jenna walks over to answer it. Then I see Stefan standing there.
"Hey, Jenna. Thank you so much for not going to the grill." Steffy says, walking in the house, and turns around where he's facing the door, and Jenna.
"Um, Stefan..." Jenna says.
"No, listen. I can explain..." Stef begins and Jenna looks over his shoulder to us, and he turns around.
"Hi, Stefan. How's it going?" Ric asks at the same time that I say, "Hey Stephanie."
******
We are now in the kitchen, and Ric is chopping random vegetables.
"You know, I find chopping... Calming. The feel of the blade in the hand, maybe."
"I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what is going on?"
"I already told you Jenna!" I pout, and put my feet on the table.
"Do you believe in vampires, Jenna? No?"
"I do," I exclaim, "and werewolves."
"Seriously, guys. What's going on?"
"Ric is a vampire hunter, and his ex wife, Isobel, is a vampire." I say proudly, and Stefan glares at me, "what? She needs to know the truth. Elena can't keep it from her forever. Someone's gonna die. Meaning Elena."
"Angel," he warns and I just shrug.
"It's not like I have family to care about me, so that means that I don't know anything about family bonds." I state.
"Oh, I know this all sounds so crazy, but... vampires are real. Would you care for some more wine?" Ric asks Jenna, and memories from last night flood back to me.
"Oh my god," I whisper, "Stefan get Jenna out of here. I'll stall."
"Angel... I can't leave you here with him." Stef complains.
"Come on Stef, he's not that bad."
"You're talking about the person that's gonna kill Elena."
"That's not my problem. She's not my priority. Plus, he needs her alive for his hybrids."
"What are you talking about?"
"Tell you later."
"Get out!" Jenna tells Klaus.
"Excuse me?" Klaus asks her.
"I don't know what it is you're trying to do or why you're saying these things, but..."
"Jenna..." Klaus warns.
"I said get out!" Jenna yells.
"You heard her." Stefan says.
"I'm afraid I don't want to," he says. Feisty! Sweet!
"Fine! I'll go!" Jenna states.
"You're not going anywhere." he pulls a knife out.
I rush over to him, rip the knife out of his hand, slam him against the ground, and point the knife at his throat.
"Angelina!" Jenna screams.
"Jenna! Go!" I yell, letting my true form show to her, I feel my eyes turn bright yellow, the veins pop from under my eyes, and my fangs show, she runs out the door in fear of getting hurt.
"You can't kill me," he taunts.
"No I can't. I just wanted to get rid of them. Buzz kill!" I sing. I take the knife away from his throat once I am sure Stefan is out of hearing reach.
"Why are you doing this?"
"Because. It's lonely in hybrid world, and I can't turn werewolves into hybrids. I don't even know how to turn vampires."
"So? You're gonna help me?"
"Yep, first things first. Elena has to survive the ritual. Her blood completes the transition-"
"Are you trying to get me to let her live?"
"No way! I hate her guts honestly. I'm just a great actor."
"Really?"
"Yep, I was bored, so I hung out with her, and then I learned that she strings both the Salvatore brothers along. I want her dead."
"How can I trust you?"
"Bonnie's alive and kicking, but I don't know the location of her hideout. Apparently, she wanted you to believe that she's dead."
"Really?"
"Now... how can I trust you?"
"You can't."
"Fair enough!" I sing.
Then I skip out of the house with Klaus following behind me. I get in his car, and he takes us to Ric's apartment.
"I'll let Alaric go."
"Kay!"
"Katerina is at the apartment."
"Yes! She's awesome!"
"You are a strange girl..." he muses.
"Are you just now noticing?"
"No, just voicing my thoughts."
"Don't bother, I can read thoughts. All thanks to my half-sister's father, I learned how."
"What is he?"
"A cold one."
"Really? What about your mother?"
"Same."
"How come you aren't a cold one?"
"Carlisle wanted to know the same thing. I'm different from my dad too, he's a shapeshifter. I am a regular werewolf and nightwalker hybrid."
"I wouldn't say that, you can read minds. What else can you do?"
"Change my form completely. And I can control the elements. I just learned the last one last night." I tell him proudly.
"Anything else?"
"Not that I remember. Oh! I see visions! Cool huh?"
"Yeah."
I want to ask him questions about him, but I don't want my heart ripped out. Oh well, goodbye world. I say to him,
"Tell me things about yourself."
*******
-Klaus's POV:
I don't know what was brought upon me to take her with me. She seemed so innocent. It feels like I have known her from somewhere. Like I have met her in some past life. It confuses me. Once she told me that she was lonely I felt guilt for not being there. She tells me about how she got kicked out of her family, how she punched her sister, and then left the house. I laughed at that part. I also felt mad at her parents for kicking her out of the family, but slightly relieved since I get to know more about her now. I don't have many hybrid actually don't have any hybrid friends, because me and Angelina are the only hybrids, but that will soon change. When I saw her the first time I can couldn't keep my eyes off her, because I was wondering who she was, but now it's because I feel a certain attraction to her. I have never felt this way in years. Especially after Tatia. I swore I would never feel that way again after her, but here I am feeling those same feelings for a teenage girl. The way have blonde hair sweeps over her face, her hazel eyes studies everything curiously, and the way her lip twitches like she's trying not to smile or laugh.
"So? Where are we going?"
"To your friend Ric's apartment. I thought you knew that."
"I did, but I wanted to hear from you." she says.
"What will your friends think?"
"I don't care."
"Why not?"
"Just because..." she say, and looks out the window. Just then Smile from Avril Lavigne blast through the car, and I smile.
"Brings up memories, huh?"
"Yeah, the first night we met."
"We were so drunk, that I thought we weren't gonna see the next day."
"I know! I thought I was gonna have to get the coffee, but then the hangover ended."
"Yeah. To bad we won't have that much fun again for a while."
"Yeah," she says sadly. Then the rest of the ride goes in silence.
