I sat across from Ben, studying my Exploding Kittens cards. Placing down the All seeing goat wizard card, I looked at the top three cards on the deck. The next card was an Exploding Kitten card! Ben had used up his last defuse, so I knew I could end the game. I put down a Skip card, and grinned at him. He slowly drew the card, and grimaced when he saw it. I punched the air. "I finally beat you, Ben! Cower before me!" He laughed. "Of course, O Great Mya. Right after I go to the bathroom!" Smiling, he stood up.

I couldn't help smiling at Mya. She was so cute when she was smiling! I stood up, and walked around the corner to the bathroom. Suddenly, I felt eyes on my head. My smile froze as hands grabbed by wrist and covered my mouth. "Don't try to scream. It won't help." A voice whispered in my ear. A sack was placed over my head, and I felt myself smashing through the window. A prick of pain exploded in my neck, and the world went black.
