Chapter 4

" Is...is that Caden's house?"
I rubbed my blue eyes to make sure what I was seeing was true. I immediately collapsed on the hardwood floor, tears pouring out of my eyes like mini waterfalls. I couldn't help myself. The woman said that at 12:34 a.m this morning the police got a call from a young man saying that someone was in his house. She said the body was of a young man about 17 years old named Caden Connors.
Ring....ring....ring
Unknown: I said to stay away from him.
Me: What do you want! Don't talk to me, I have no idea who you are."
The line went dead.
Why does this idiot keep calling me?! Did he kill Caden? I don't even want to think about it. One thing that the woman said stuck out the me.
"The victim was missing his right ear."
I grabbed the tv remote, shut off the tv, and threw the remote across my room. Who ever did this is a sick animal.
Unknown: Meet me at the park in 2 hours or else.
Me: Or else what?
Unknown: Do you really want to know.
