Who could be so cruel, so evil, so fucking heartless to kill a child? A child who could've had a bright future ahead of them gone just like that.
I examined the child. It was a boy that looked around ages 6-8. He was killed the same brutal way as the others, stabbed in the forehead and chest.
The only people that I can think of that would do this is the EXO gang. Those guys are seriously the definition of evil. If they could kill police officers and detectives, why would they have a problem with killing a child? But still, it might not be them too. We still need more evidence before coming down to a solid conclusion.
I groan in frustration and rub my forehead which is pounding from a bad headache. Headaches is something I get whenever I'm hella stressed. It's so annoying.
I reach into my pocket and pull out my ziplock bag which contains my Advil but then I realized,
"Fuck I'm out!" I screamed out.
Bad idea.
Screaming just made my headache worse. I groan in pain and rub my forehead even harder, hoping it will help.
At this point, everyone was staring at me including Jungkook.
I glare at everyone, "what are you people staring at? Never seen a guy with a terrible ass headache? Get back on the case you little shits!"
Oh another thing you should know about me, whenever I'm super stressed and have my headaches I get super cranky and get mad at every little thing. I'm literally like a girl on her time of the month.
The others, feeling intimidated immediately looked away and went back to examining the place some more.
One person stayed staring at me. And who else would it be other than Jungkook.
He walked closer to me and said, "Maybe you need a break. I know that this case is super important but I'm sure the boss will let you off for a week when he sees how stressed you are."
I looked at him with wide eyes,
"But--"
"Don't worry about there not being a detective. I know a few things about being one."
My jaw drops a bit as I think, 'he must be a mind reader or something oh my god.'
"And I'll also fill you in on what we found out and all that crap."
"But how? You don't know my address or number." I say with a small pout
"Maybe if you give them to me now then I'll know." He said with a cocky grin on his face.
I roll my eyes which causes my head to pound again, "fuck okay here."
I pull out a piece of paper and write my address and number on it. I hand it over to Jungkook and he puts the paper in his pocket.
"Now go on home, I'll let the boss know for you." He said with a smile
I smile back and say for the first time ever
"Thank you Jungkook"
