The rest of the day zoomed past for Serena. May and others leading her to her classes. However, no matter how much she tried, she couldn't get Ash out her head. She hummed his song as she day dreamed about Ash. She barely knew him, but at the same time she felt she already did. Something about him took her back to when she was young. When she didn't have to worry about anything else then school work.

"Serena!" A female voice snapped causing her to jump in her seat. A wave a giggles came after. Serena looked at the front of the class where one of her new teachers stood with arms crossed. Her glasses hung close to the tip of her nose, and her brown hair was pinned into a messy bun. "I know it's your first day Miss, but that is no excuse to slack off." A look of embarrassment shown on her face as she straighten in her seat.

     "Sorry, it won't happen again."

"It better not." The woman scolded before pushing up her glasses and turning back towards the board. She began talking about something that didn't interest Serena, but she forced herself to look like she was listening.

Luckily the bell rang moments after. She picked up her things, shoved them into her backpack, and began walking out of the classroom with the other students. The end of the day had finally come. Her eyes where close to closing as she walked out of the high school. The site that took place outside seemed to make her even more tired.

Along the entrance of the school were reporters, fans, and bloggers waiting for their chance to talk to Serena. She sighed as they got excited for her appearance, but she forced a smile to grow on her face as she walked towards them.

"Princess, Princess!" They cried. Each one of them was trying to get an answer to their questions. She answered a few, when she saw someone out of the corner of her eye. She quickly looked to see Ash walking up to the crowd and tried making his way through it.

"Ash, wait up!" She yelled grabbing his attention. The crowd seem to grow louder asking questions about the boy she was approaching. Ash quickly realized and ran towards the school. "Wait, Ash!" She yelled running after him.

He slowed once he reached the other exit on the other side of the school. It seemed like not many people used it because there weren't very many people around.

"Please wait Ash." She said about to grab his arm, but he turned around before she could. He didn't say anything. He seemed like he was afraid to. Ash shook his head before walking out of the school. Serena thought she should run after him, but something told her that she should just leave him alone.

When Serena got home she clasped on the couch. It took forever for the crowd to finally weaken enough to let her through. She never understood why people were like that. More interested on ruining someone's life not thinking of their own.

"How was your first day?" She heard her mother ask. She thought about everything that had happened that day. Most importantly: Ash.

". . .Interesting." She finally said.

"How so?" She asked before sitting next to Serena on the couch. Her blue eyes shown brightly in the light.

"There was a boy I met. He was really talented, but he didn't like to show it."

"You told him about the addition didn't you?"

"Yeah, but I don't think he will tell anyone else. He seemed reluctant to even take the card."

"Well you shouldn't force him if he doesn't want to."

"He did take it in the end, but I'm not sure he will come. I really want him to though. I would love someone like him to be my partner."

"Don't get your hopes too high though." Serena's mother stood and was about to head to the kitchen. "Oh yeah. We should probably greet the new neighbors later." She said before walking away. Serena rolled her eyes. Though she was curious about who they were, she just wanted to get settled into her new home right now.

She pushed the thought aside because she didn't have to go right now, so she forced herself to stand up and walk upstairs to her new room. She right away plopped down on the bed, and before she new it, she dozed off into sleep.
