Teamwork. It only makes sense. If a buddy falls asleep in class, everyone should be punished for not waking them up. You can't just always think for yourself. You need to think about your decisions as well as the decisions of your team members. You are not only responsible for yourself. You are responsible for your team.
Bonus: Be PROUD of yourself. Be proud of everyone who deserves it. Be proud of your "little sister" or your "big brother" even if you're not really related and you just think of them at a sibling.. (or even more...)
