"Is she going to be okay?" I can hear a muffled voice say ...wait... where am I?

"By my best observations, it looks like she inhaled a certain toxin. But, we are not 100 percent sure at the moment."

'Toxin?' I try to open my eyes but the more I tried, the harder it was to concentrate.

     "Rosalia, it's okay. It's me, Silvio. "

'Silvio? What is he doing here? Why is he here? Why am I here? What's going? ' My mind starts racing with each question I think. I try to open my eyes but feel like they weigh a ton. Slowly but surely, I'm able to open my eyes a small crack, but I'm greeted with whiteness.

"Sir, I think she's trying to wake up. " I hear Silvio whisper to the doctor. As I blink furiously, my vision starts to clear and I'm met with Silvio's face looking down at me, his eyes showing a mix between anxiety, happiness, and excitement. I look around the room and take in my surroundings. I'm in a living room, with a fireplace glowing bright orange and yellow. I can hear the wood cracking as it is heated up by the flames. I'm lying on a table that has medicine, plants, and berries in bowls by my side.

I look down and stare in horror; My dress has been pulled off of me and I'm left in my night clothes. I instantly bring my hands up, my face growing ever so warm.

"Rosalia, I'm sorry about your clothes. And I know you're probably scared and confused right now..."

"Silvio..." I croak out, my throat feeling like sandpaper. Silvio reaches over to a small white table and grabs a cup filled with water and gently lifts it to my lips. I slowly gulp down the water and glance over at him.

I look around the room. 'What is this place' I think confusingly.

"You're at the castles infirmary." Silvio says, as if he read my thoughts.

"Why, pray tell, am I still not fully clothed? " I look up at him, fury burning in my eyes. Silvio then quickly brings me a blue, loose tunic and pants.

"I'm sorry that it's not what you wear but you're going to need these later. But I can't give them to you now. "

"Wait... what? But, why? " I ask, looking over at Silvio.

"I was trying to get you to the nearest place I could think of... but..."

"How much do you remember?" The physician asks, interrupting our conversation.

"Excuse me, you interrupted him." I say, my hands going to my hips.

"Ma'am, this is important,  the Sheriff needs to know what you remember." The physician explains. I slowly relax and push the doubt in my mind about the Sheriff into the back of my head as I try to remember what happened.

"I remember..." My head feels like mush and I can't think at all. The harder I tried, the more the headache hurts. I can feel tears form in my eyes and I feel like screaming.

'Why can't I remember anything?'  Panic starts to seep through my skin and I can feel sweat forming on my eyebrows as I keep opening empty doors in my mind.

"I can't remember! Why can't I remember?!" I look up wildly and hysterically start crying.

"Rosalia, you need to calm down. " I could faintly hear the physician saying with a hint of panic in his voice. He slowly makes his way to a table and pulls out a needle. I could see him put some sort of bluish liquid into the bottle of the needle and taps it gently a few times.
