I was currently sitting at our lunch table in the cafeteria  telling Harmony about my dream I had about Carter the other day.

" It was just so weird and  it was like we were dating and it was when we were older. What does this mean? Does it mean I possibly have another chance at being with him in the future?"
  I worriedly rambled to her.

"I don't know Bels, you could have a chance with him no matter what but he seems pretty happy with Lindsay." she said.

" I just wish I could go back before November and tell him how I felt or at least tell Shawn because I know he would tell Carter and it would be so much easier to tell him. Then maybe I would be with Carter." I sighed.

"Yeah, it's weird to think Isaac and Carter got girlfriends around the time we admitted we liked them."

"Exactly! We invested all of this time before they even thought about dating Bianca and Lindsay! They even showed some signs they possibly liked us."  I pointed out, pointing a finger at her.

"You say possibly alot," Harmony laughed.

"Uggghhhh" I groaned at her as I stood up, "I have to finish a project for Mr. Belding so I need to go to the library. Wanna come?" I sipped on my fruit smoothie and waited for a response.

"As much as I'd love to watch you work, I have to go to Mrs. Reeves' room to get my grade up." She said.

"Okay, see you next period."
I say walking off and out of the crowded cafeteria.

I spotted some familiar faces as I walked down the large hallway of Brookside highschool. Some smiled and others kept to themselves or talked to their friends.

Mrs. Ross waved at me as I entered the library. There wasn't that many kids, just a few looking at books, some finishing up work at the tables in the back, and there were a few on computers.

Now that I realise it, Carter and Lindsay are at one of the tables working on something.  They were smiling and laughing and I realized that maybe Carter was happier with her than he ever was when we were friends.

Gosh, I miss him.

I sighed and walked over to the computers and sat next to Riley.

"Hey, Riles." I smiled at her.

"Hey, Bels." She laughed and continued her work.

She and I are really close. We were actually basically raised together. She is my double cousin.  Sounds confusing so I'll explain. So my mom and her dad are brother and sister and my dad and her mom are twins. We're pretty close in age considering she's about six months older than me.

okay so true story, bella is based on me and carter is based on this boy I like and I have liked him before and we were really close when we were younger and now we barely talk. sometimes we smile at each other in the hallways and a few times we have accidentally ran into each other and I guess you could say it was pretty awkward but we just laughed it off. he does have a girlfriend who I based lindsay on and they have been dating for about a month or so. and the part where bella  said she wished she had told him before they started dating and that's true. most of this chapter. I do miss him to be honest.

I'll try my best to keep an update schedule and update two or more chapters at a time since they'll be short.
