Chapter 1- andrea

Part one of chapter one (prologue)

Andrea's POV

As I walked through the streets if London scanning the area I see a sign that catches my eye.

DRUMMER NEEDED. I read. It says that it's for a band called one direction, whoever that was. I may have heard of them in the past but I don't think they are my type of music. I really need the money though so I guess I will audition.

I haven't really listened to their music actually. When I get back to my flat I will research their music.

The auditions are today at 3:00. Oh joy. It was 2:45 and would take maybe 5 minutes to get there. I quickly gathered the information and ran back to my flat.

I grabbed my drum sticks and left for the audition.

Part two of chapter one

Anyways...

I'm Andrea Evans. I have waist long brown wavy hair, and hazel eyes.

I consider myself not too skinny and not too fat. I like the way I am.

My height is around 5'7 or 5'8.

I'm 19 years old also.

People say I have an outgoing personality, and I agree with them.

Anyways I'm in line for auditions. What am I auditioning for you may ask? Well here is the thing.

I'm a drummer. I became a drummer because I felt like becoming one. It helps get my emotions out.

I also sing a little. But only a few people know that and I think I'm a terrible singer. Other people think so too.

Anyways I'm auditioning to be a drummer for a band I don't know of.

Yeah if I get the job then I get to go on tour with them and I really need the money.

I'm not going to go into a huge backstory right now. Maybe later.

"Andrea Evans?" a voice called.

I stepped up to the drum set.

There was a lady in a uniform with a clipboard and at least 5 boys in front of me. One had curly hair. One had a buzz cut and brown hair. He actually looked really familiar I just can't put my finger on it. One had brown hair in a quiff. One had black hair in a quiff also. And the last one had blonde/brown hair with the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen.

The blonde guy and I locked eyes for a few seconds until I looked away.

Two of the boys chuckled at me while the other 3 looked surprised.

"You play drums?" One asked me. He had short brown hair..

Focus.

Focus.

Be calm.

Don't yell at them.

"Yeah so?" I snapped.

Well there goes my chances.

"Feisty I like it!" said one of them.

I glared at him in return.

"Okay just play the drums for us please." the lady said impatiently.

"Okaay."

I sat on the stool in front of the drums. I was about to play when she stopped me.

"Wait. I want you to play this." she set a sheet in front of me that I haven't read before. I don't think she gave the other people who auditioned this sheet of music.

Well all the other people who auditioned were guys so...

Anyways I looked at the music and shrugged. It looked super easy.

I started playing and they were nodding their heads in approval.

I played throughout the song and added some of my own things in also.

Once I finished I looked up.

They were all smiling at me except that lady, I'm going to call her ms.bi*ch from now on.

"We will let you know if you get the job." she said sternly.

Okay ms.bi*ch lemme know! that's what I mentally thought about saying. But no.

"Okay."

And I walked away. I was leaving the building when I heard my name.

"Andrea!" he screamed.

He had an Irish accent.

He caught up to me.

"You did really good." he told me.

"Thanks..erm.."

"Niall" he answered.

"Okay thanks niall!" I said happily.

"Oh you're welcome..erm ummm here is my number. Text me." He handed me a slip of paper and smiled.

He looked really nervous.

"Okay I will!" I smiled and he looked slightly relieved.

"Bye!" He yelled while walking away.

"Bye!" I yelled back.

I walked to my apartment and turned on the tv.

Who knew.. that audition would change my life forever.

Well It may be confusing but In part one of this chapter she was just walking around and saw the sign. For part two she explained about herself a little more.

Sorry for you who like josh! I needed a unique idea and I haven't came across any story like this so I figured its unique! lol so here is some info on Andrea.

She is from michigan and moved to London because of other problems she has always wanted to live there and other reasons you will find out later in the story!

She has only a few friends in London who will be mentioned later in the story.

And that is all I am going to tell you for now!
