Chapter 3- remembering..

Andrea's POV

"Andrea we need to talk" The guy who I guess is Liam.

" Ummm okaay?" I say.

" By the way I'm Liam Payne this is Niall, Harry, Louis, and Zayn. " he pointed to the others.

They all waved.

I looked at the woman next to Liam. She was looking at me with tears running down her face.

"And this." he sighed while pointing to the woman.

"Is.. our mother."

"Nice to meet yo- wait did you say our?"

The boys faces looked shocked.. not that my face looked any different.

Liam smiled at me.

"Yeah Andrea... you're my sister."

I stood up.

Nononono.

I already have a family. Well something like a family. I don't count them as family because of how- I'm not bringing this up now.

As much as Liam looks familiar to me I don't think he is my brother.

"Um I'm sorry I already have a..erm family but You do look quite familiar though." I point out.

This is so confusing.

" We look familiar to you?" Liam questions.

"Yeah you do." I say.

Liam and his mother has the biggest smile on their faces.

"Andrea... it means so much for you to say we look familiar."

I guess he forgot that the other boys were in the room because he is just staring at me and his mum.

"Umm okay?" I say.

"Listen. Andrea I know you may not understand this, but a few years ago when you were fourteen you were with some friends walking home from the library." A look of hurt flashes across his face before he continues the story.

"You were in front of them when you were walking so they didn't really get hurt. A drunk driver came and hit you. You were put into a coma and had memory loss is what the doctors said. We were at the hospital every day waiting until you would wake up. One day we came inside the hospital and you were gone. Doctors were running and saying you were taken by someone. We looked for you for years afterwards. We couldn't find you until now. And here we are."

Liam says.

Wait. I think for a moment. When Mark (my 'father') came in drunk one night (which is what he does every night and would... I would rather not say at the moment.) he said something about taking me and a hospital a few years back. I didn't make anything out of it.

Then I remembered something. It was me and Liam hugging and there was a Christmas tree and Christmas lights...

Liam got me a necklace that year.

That's the necklace that I was wearing! I never took it off even if it confused the shit out of me. I've always thought it was me and a few family friends that I forgot about, but it was my family.

It had a picture in it with me and my family.

I touched my neck to feel the necklace.

"Yo-you still have the necklace?"Liam asked.

"Yeah I've always thought it was just me and a few family friends but it's all I really had so I left it on."

Liam and his mother- our mother smiled at me. they jumped up and hugged me.

"I still have to process all of this." I sat down.

"Andrea? Did you say that necklace was all you had? Why? What do you mean?" Liam asked.

Uh oh. I can't tell him about my life in that house. I will not at least not now.

They all stared at me.

"Ca-can I talk to you and mum alone?" I squeaked out.

They looked over at the boys like they were just remembering they were there.

This is just great. Note the sarcasm.
