Cas got up from the stairs and followed Dean to the large kitchen. While Dean turned on the lights, Cas went straight for the cupboard. Cas opened the cupboard and got the spaghetti that he was supposed to make earlier. Dean grabbed two pots from the rack that hung above the island. He placed one in a burner and the other he filled with water. Dean took out a bottle of pasta sauce and poured it's contents into the pot.

As Dean fiddled with turning the burners on and stirring the pasta sauce he didn't notice Cas was taking the pieces of pasta one by one and cutting it in half with a knife. Dean scoffed as he noticed his friend struggling to do a simple task. With the water boiling Dean was becoming antsy.

" For God sake's Castiel. Come here, you're taking forever," Dean said walking over to Cas. Cas looked confused at Dean. He had thought he had been doing it correctly. Cas looked down at the few cut pieces of pasta he had accomplished to do. Dean led Cas over to the pot of boiling water and stood over him. Dean placed the pasta in Castiel's hands and placed his own over the angels. Dean slowly began to bend the pasta in half.

The pasta snapped in half with ease, ease that left Castiel dumbfounded. Castiel stared up at Dean in awe at how easily he had broken the pasta. Dean let go of Castiel's hands and wiped his own on leg of his jeans. Ignoring the stare he was receiving, Dean continued cooking. Cas gawked at Dean for a few minutes, until he remembered he needed to set the table.
