I Wan't To Be Weird With You~Dan Howell Fan Fic

Chapter Three

Phil’s POV

I think my laptop needs more stickers and I think I should sit up so I don’t break my spin.

I sat up on Dan and I's couch with my laptop pretending to watch the news on TV.

But who am I kidding I don’t watch the news.

Meanwhile Dan was in the kitchen trying to make some spaghetti Delia Smith style.

“Fuck that was hot!” Dan cried from the kitchen behind me.

“Dan don’t swear” I replied

“Well Delia lied she said it would be a fabulous dish not a ‘Dan is going to kill himself in the making dish.’” He answered.

“Maybe it’s just the fact that you can’t tip boiling pasta water down the sink without burning yourself and Delia can.”

He laughed and then continued with his winces of pain as he was finishing. To drown that out I turned the TV up a bit.

Then I heard Dan’s voice coming from in front of me from the TV so I looked up immediately. It was a call to 999 made by Dan I guess.

‘U-um theirs been an accident, A-a bus got cut off and went into the oncoming traffic’ He sounded stressed.

“Oii Dan your on TV!!” I yelled out to him in the kitchen.

“What?” But he still came out with the two bowls of spaghetti and passed one to me.

Then it must have cut to a bit later in the call.

‘-do you have any idea how many people are hurt?’

‘Um, God all I can see is that it could be a far few, but it looks big’

“Wow that’s embarrassing.” He said cringing “I didn’t think I sounded like a whining twelve year old girl on the phone.”

I couldn’t help it I laughed.

It cut to a few people talking about what happened and where they were at the time of the accident Dan and a girl next to him where one of them.

“Dan were you wearing the same cloths you went to bed in last night?” I asked, looking at the screen.

“Yeah…”

“That’s just gross Dan.”

“I thought I was only going to be out for ten minutes and I didn’t think I would be recorded and put on TV.”

“Fair enough.”

Then it started to talk about how there only were minor injuries and everyone seemed to be in good spirits. Then it cut to a few shots of people hugging and one of Dan staining with a girl that was tall but a bit shorter then him, brown hair and a pretty face laughing at something, I think it was her elbow? Trust Dan.

“So, who’s that?” I asked Dan

“Ohh no one, this is better than I thought” he replied stuffing a mouth fall of spaghetti into his pie hole.

“Trying to change the subject are we?”

“Well let’s just say, I got her number.” he said while pretending to brush some invisible dust off his shoulder.

“Ohh she’s cute.” I said.

“Yeah and she’s really nice, But I don’t really know much about her.” He says.

“Well ask her out for coffee, sometime” I offer.

“Well I did but it kinda back fired”

“What did you say?!”

“Um…” he looked embarrassed

“What!? You can’t just bring it up and not tell me. ”

“Okay, I asked if she wanted to get coffee sometime then I was like ‘or better yet I have some made at home but it’s probably gone a bit by cold now’”

“Ahh, Dan is a lady’s man!” I laughed at his offer.  “No wonder she said no, she probably gave you a fake number just so you pissed off!”

“Shut up Phil! I’m going to call her in a few days, just not straight away. I don’t want to sound desperate” he said defensively.

“But you are desperate” I reminded him.

“I am not!” he yells back at me. “And if I was desperate I would off called her by now.”

“When was your last girlfriend?” I questioned him.

“Um…one...three…uhh, okay just because I can’t remember doesn’t mean I haven’t had a girlfriend in the last how may years. And she may not even be my girlfriend, I just think she’s hot and I only met her today it’s not like where getting married anytime soon”

“Whatever Dan, I’m happy for you.” I smile at him.

Ok this was a lot shorter like 300 words shorter. It’s a bit boring but it’s basically a fill in chapter HAHA Phil in chapter because you know it’s his POV!!! haha yeah...

When Ella and I were writing this my computer dropped out and we almost lost this whole chapter good thing it saved somehow.

Where still trying to write these beforehand so we always get them up in time.
