Remember those scary monsters?
Their terrible red eyes and fangs?Well I'm not sure if it's just me,
But they don't scare me anymore.Simply I've been trapped with them,
We all have our whole lives. You want to know where they are?
They're around you, even in your head.Society is one of the scariest.
Especially all those cruel eyes watching all the time. Those monsters judge you with their roars,
They laugh at your fear and humiliation. As they do this their eyes fill with a wicked pleasure,
Their fangs creepy though their smiles. When they start to attack you,
Your first instinct is to run.But does that really even help?
You still remember their roars. You still remember the look in their eyes,
The terrible smiles. The roars stay trapped in your mind,
They now now know you're afraid. They found your weakness.
What can you do now?Well me? I can't even answer that.
I can hear them roaring right now, no matter how hard I scream.••••••••••
I know this isn't my usual rhyming, I though I'd take a figurative/narrative approach. Tell me what you think! Your feedback inspires me.
