Prologue
I get it now. It all makes sense. Why people commit suicide. Why people stay locked up inside their rooms. Why people distance themselves from the world.
They are done. Done with feeling hurt. Done with trying. Done with life. See cutting doesn't give them the full affect because it's still painful. They won't admit though because to them they doing something less painful then what they are going through. But they are still done.
These people that I used to say were selfish because they end their life while we have to continue the pain, I understand them now. I no longer judge them as selfish. I no longer judge them. They don't need my opinion piling up on top of their already big pile of of life.
Hope is something we are taught as a young child. Hope for a brighter tomorrow, hope that your favorite tv show is on, hope that your future will be perfect. Teachers and parents teach us to hope as a young child so when we reach these hard times, we continue on. These adults have gone through the same amount of pain we have. They know what lies ahead. When a mother is holding her daughter for the first thine all she can do is hope she will not tuen out like these people. The people who kill themselves. They have given up on hoping because hoping only gets you so far in life.
I have reached a point in my life where I have given up hope and have looked for ways out of this world. But I'm still here because something stopped me. Maybe I regained hope, who knows. When you are at the point of ending your life it is darkness, everywhere. If you start seeing darkness look for the light to lead you out.
I have a few quotes to share with you now, as you read remember these and as you live your life remember these.
"The human skin is tough to live in, that's why most of us tear it open."
"Suicide does not end the chances of life getting worse, Suicide eliminates the possibility of it ever getting better."
