She see's her with a man who isn't worthy of her love. The love of her life is another woman. A woman who loves a man who cheats on her.
'Why can't she see I love her' Ivory wonders.
'I'm the one she should love' Is another thought that crosses her mind.
The more Ivory tries to figure out wy Katerina doesn't love her, the more her heart breaks.
'I'm not perfect but I'm better then him' She mutters to herself softly.
The world is so cruel to a girl so kind and gentle. She doesn't understand where she went wrong. Katerina is bisexual, where Ivory is a lesbian. A friend had once told ivory that it's best not to date someone who is bisexual because they are more likely to cheat on you.
Ivory knows Katerina wouldn't do that. Katerina has too much of a soft heart to do that to anyone. All Ivory can do is sit and watch the love of her life walk right out of her life with a man who can't keep his hands off every woman that goes passed him.
She wants to go up to Katerina, to tell her not leave. Even if she needs to go on all fours. But she can't bring herself to do it. As miserable as Ivory feels, she knows Katerina is happy in this delusional relationship of hers. Ivory sighs, placing her hands in her pockets, she looks at the floor, kicking the loose gravel.
Katerina turns her back to Ivory and lets the tears finally cascade down her pale cheeks. Her heart shattering as she leaves with the man she despises, but is too afraid of leaving. She wishes Ivory would run to her, pick her up and never let her go. Katerina wishes Ivory would confess her undying love and take her home and love her.
But she knows Ivory wont do that. Because she's convinced Ivory doesn't love Katerina the way Katerina loves her. The way Katerina wishes Ivory loves her. So she goes along with this abusive, cheating man whore and leaves all of her hopes and wishes behind. In the hands of another woman. A woman names Ivory.
If only they knew what I know. If only they could see just how much they love each other. Just how much they belong together. Then maybe, just maybe they wouldn't be so miserable. Maybe these wishes, wants and daydreams would become reality.
