Chapter 6: CRST

(Jaune)

You were with Cal, Ruby and Pyrrha running with a Death stalker on your tail.

Cal: "Oh come on!"

Cal complained as he turned around to face the grimm.

You: "Cal! What are you doing!?"

Cal: "We are not gonna shake it off our tail by just running... We have to fight it off!"

He then pulled out his revolver and started to shoot the grimm. Pyrrha and Ruby decided to help.

Ruby: "Yeah! I'm tired of running too"

Pyrrha: "We will assist you."

You: "Oh... Fine!"

You rushed with the group and began fighting off the deathstalker. Cal  managed to stab two of the eyes but was then knocked back a little by the deathstalker's tail.

Ruby: "I got this!"

You: "Wait Ruby!"

She charged carelessly and was simply swatted by the giant scorpion.

Ruby: "Ouch! *pant* I-I'm fine"

The deathstalker then swung it's tail up to strike Ruby.

You and Pyrrha: "Ruby!"

Just as the stinger was about to hit Ruby a throwing knife was launched to the path of the stinger and seemed to have... Stopped in place? The stinger then hit the throwing knife instead of Ruby.

Cal: "Get outta there!"

Ruby: "Wha!?"

Ruby the rushed back towards you and Pyrrha while Cal stood near the beast.

Cal: "You guys go! Rex said he needs help with the nevermore... I got this go!"

Ruby: "What!?"

You: "Cal what are you-

Cal: "Just go!"

You: "Just be Ok!"

Cal: "Of course I'll come back ok, I still have to teach how to properly scream!"

You sheepishly giggled and noticed Pyrrha had a suspicious look, but you shrugged it off and went towards the nevermore.

Ruby: "Cal! Be S-safe!"

After they have left I turned back to the deathstalker.

You: "It's just you and me now buddy..."

You then pulled out the collapsed black blade and handle hidden behind you underneath your jacket. You place the two together and the blade extended and the outlines glew a dark gold color.

You: "Let's go!"

You rushed towards it and it attempted to his you sit it's stingers which you parried.

You: "10 seconds starts... Now!"

You activated the Aura Drain and your blade extended and was covered with a dark yellow aura.

You: "1..."

You sliced it's stinger right off and jumped to one of it's claws.

You: "2...3...4...5..."

You cut it off and sliced it's legs on the right.

You: "6...7...8...9..."

You jumped and made a X shaped cut on it's main body. It collapsed and you backflipped back to the ground, your face close to it's head.
