This one is for anyone who has struggled with self harm, whether it was in the past or currently in the present.

March 1st is national self harm awareness day.

Think about what would've helped you during your difficult time - even if you're still going through it - and see if there's any way to create that for yourself and/or others. Go at your own pace, and please know that your health and recovery is important too. You are worth it.
