~3rd pov~

After things had finally cooled down at the cafe, Alexander realized what time it was. It was already 10:00 in the morning! (a/n by my standards that's early but whatever) Alexander quickly grabbed all of his notebooks, papers, pens, and his laptop. "I have to go, sorry! Bye John, bye Angelica, Eliza, Peggy!" He headed towards the door, "Bye Laf! Bye Herc!" With that, Alexander rushed out of the cafe.

~Alexander's pov~
I realized I had to go check into the college soon. Only one good thing could come out of checking into the college, and that was meeting my new roommate. I ran as fast as I could, not very fast mind you seeing as I never exercise! Also I'm short gotta blame it on my height and my tiny legs. I skid to a stop in front of the main building, and hurry towards the front desk. "Hello, how can I help you?" asked the lady at the desk, "I'm Alexander Hamilton, I'm new here, um could I get my dorm room number?" The lady handed me a small piece of paper. I thanked her then tried to go find my dorm room. Realizing I had no idea where I was going I started aimlessly wandering around, this may take a while...

~John's pov~
My shift ended and I left. I grabbed a coffee and a muffin then walked to the college. My mind drifted off . I started thinking about Alexander, I wonder if he goes to the same college as me and my friends? He seemed pretty cool, not to mention cute... I blushed a bit at my last thought them shook my head lightly. Calm down John you only just met him, anyway if he does go to the same college we probably won't be in the same dorm, but hey a guy can dream...

John entered the dorms, and started walking towards the room with the number indicated on the paper he held in his hand. As John glared intently at the paper in his hand, he felt something run into him, or rather, someone. John heard a small yelp and a thud then looked down. He couldn't tell who he ran into as he only saw a mop of hair, papers, books and a small person under it all. He lent down to see who it was , and was surprised to see Alexander's face. Immediately after pushing himself into a seated position, Alexander began to apologize profusely, "I'm so sorry! Are you ok? I wasn't paying attention to where I was going! I'm sorry! I really really am so-" John cut him off in the middle of the word speaking in a soft voice, "Alex, it's ok. It's just me" Alexander looked up for the first time since falling"John? I'm sorry! Really! I didn't mean to! Um I'm rea-" John cut him off again, "Alex, really it's ok, more importantly are you ok?" Alexander gazed at him a surprised look on his face. After realizing he was staring, his face flushed bright red and he looked away from John. "Alexander? are you ok?" Alexander spoke shyly "Um... I think so..." He started to gather his books and documents. John started to help Alexander with his books. After all the papers and books were gathered, Alex pilled them all up and got up. "Do you want help with that Alex?" Alex shook his head no "I'll be fine," once he said that some books fell on his head, sending him falling back towards the floor. John caught Alex who was rubbing his head and managed to make most of the books stay in Alexander's arms who began apologizing again. John shushed him, and took some books from his arms. "What's your dorm number?" Alex managed to grab the paper, and read the number "207" John smiled, "that's mine too, I can walk you there if you want," Alex smiled "lead the way!"

After John and Alexander made it to the room they set their stuff down and plopped onto their beds. John and Alexander started unpacking, John finished way after Alexander and plopped onto his bed. "Hey Alex?" Alexander hummed in response, "Why do you have more books than clothes?" he looked up from his laptop, "Well, I'm triple majoring in law, political science, and history so I spent more money on books than on clothes" John looked at him in astonishment, Alexander looked at him with a slightly confused look on his face "what?" "It's nothing, I've just never met someone who's triple majoring, it's amazing," Alexander blushed slightly "Oh,"

So thus began the college lives of Alexander Hamilton and John Laurens.

Sorry for the wait, I hope it was worth it! Happy new year everyone, I hope everyone has a year filled with joy! I'll see you all next update! Bye-bye for now!
