Chapter 15

*Louis' p.o.v*

"Mr. Tomlinson we need to speak to you on a very serious matter." The man said. I gulped a little and nodded.

EARLIER

I get ready for my date with Maria. I'm taking her somewhere nice and also out of town. I fix my tie and my hair. When I'm done I head and pick up Maria. She was wearing a little black dress.

"Ready for our date?" I asked her. She smiled and nodded. "Where are we going?" She asked. I just winked and said," Its a surprise and if I tell you then it won't be a surprise now will it?" She blushed a little and shrugged.

"I'm kidding were going to a restaurant out of town." I said laughing a bit. "Okay that sounds fun." She smiled. Awe she's so cute. "We will be there in a few minutes. I kinda wanted to make sure no one would know us." I told her. She nodded in agreement and turned on the radio.

"Are you sure this is the place?" Maria asked me for the hundredth time. "Yes I'm sure." I said kissing her cheek and walking inside holding her hand. "Reservation?" The waiter asked. "Tomlinson party of two." I tell him. He looked through the book and smiled. "Right this way." We followed him and sat at our booth.

"What would y'all like to drink today?" "Pepsi." "Same." Maria said. He nodded and walked away. "This place is really crowded." Maria said. "It's okay no one will know us here." I said holding her hand across the table.

"Here's your drinks. Are you ready to order?" The waiter asked. "I would like have some pasta." Maria said putting down her menu. "I would like the chicken pasta." I said handing him our menus. He nodded wrote it down and left.

After our date me and Maria went to her house. We watched random movies Andrea was on a date also on a date with Adam so we weren't interrupted by them. We cuddled and until she fell asleep. I brought her to her bed and went home.

When I got home I changed into something more comfy. I started to go to bed when I heard a nock on my door. I went to the door and opened it reviling a man in a cop uniform holding up his badge. "Mr. Tomlinson?" He asked. I nodded and he put up his badge.

"Mr. Tomlinson we need to speak to you on a very serious matter." The man said. I gulped a little and nodded. "Can we take this down to the police station?" He asked. "Okay." I said and followed him to his car.

I'm in the interrogation room all alone. I'm guessing the police is watching me through the glass. I just sit there waiting on them. Finally the same guy as before walks in. "Hi I'm detective Paterson. You saw me before and I would like to ask you some questions."

"Okay." I said trying not to show I was worried. "Are you going out with a minor sir?" He asked me. "Um no sir." I said. "Well we have some pictures saying other wise." Detective Paterson showed me a picture of me and Maria on the date tonight. "Okay yes sir, but we only dated." I said honestly.

"Okay have you guys have sex?" He asked. My eyes widen. "No sir we only kissed that was it." I told him. He nodded and wrote it down. "Tomorrow court will be set at eleven Maria will get to testify. Until then you will spend the night here." I nodded and he took me to my cell.

*Maria's p.o.v*

I was woken up by a phone call. "Hello?" I asked. "Hi is this Maria?" "This is she." I said. "Well Mr. Tomlinson is in jail for dating a minor his court hearing will be at Eleven." He said and hung up. I looked at the clock and it's eight.

I quickly get ready and leave for the police station. I get there and it's ten thirty. "I'm here for Mr. Tomlinson." I said to the receptionist. "Court 5." She says. I nod and head towards the court. "Maria?" The cop asked. I nodded and he gestured me to follow him. "You will be testifying in his honor." He told me.

"Case 159 now in session." The judge said as Louis entered in hand cuffs. I let out a squeak. "Louis sat down and the cop stayed beside him. "Maria are you ready to testify." The judge asked. Louis turned and saw me sitting down. I nod and stood up and sat at the stand.

"Maria I am here in honor of Mr. Tomlinson." I nod and wait for him to continue. I swore to oath and everyone just stayed quiet. This is awkward. "So tell me did Mr. Tomlinson force you into anything?" "No sir I didn't do anything I didn't want to. Louis was the nicest guy I've met." I said not looking at Louis. I feel to guilty.

"Okay now tell me did Mr. Tomlinson rape you?" He asked. "No of course not," I said rolling my eyes,"We didn't even have sex yet." He nodded and turned towards the people. "See Mr. Tomlinson did nothing wrong. He didn't force her to anything and they didn't even have sex." The lawyer explained.

"Okay we will let the jewry decide until then recess." And with that the judge banged on the wooden thing three times. Everyone cleared out and the cop took louis back to wear he was.

After the break was over we all went back to our seats. The jewry walked in and sat. The judge came in shortly after. "Has the jewry came to a veridic?" The judge asked. "Yes and we decided since he didn't rape her he would only be in jail for........."

"Five years."
