The Trip

caroline's PoV

"Hey! Caroline! Family meeting!" my mom called to me and i groaned. i put down my amazayn book, divergent, and got up. i walked downstairs to my family room and sat in my spot on the couch-yes we have spots on our couches. get over it- with a huff.

"What's so important that it's keeping me from reading Divergent?" i asked, clearly annoyed. so yeah i love the book. gots a problem? well i love to read and got the trilogy for christmas. i just started reading the first book about four hours ago and im  over halfway through the book.

"yes it is." my dad replied. " we have a surprise for you guys." my brother, brett, and i looked at them questioningly.

"WERE GOING SKI-ING IN COLORADO" my 'rents said at the same time. well yelled.brett and i stared at him wide eyed, then looked at each other and screamed excitedly, turned back to our 'rents and started screaming again.okay we were a little surprised because we usually don't go on trips like this very often, even though we have a huge house. actualy we arent very spoiled. i got amy phone last year for christmas and it isn't a iPhone. its a slide phone that hates to work sometimes, so yeah.

okay time for the bio of meh! okay so, my name is Caroline Hayford and i live in St. Francisville, Louisiana. yes that is a real place. i am in 7th grade and one of my best friends, louise, and i love One Direction and volley ball. but my bestest friend i've known since we were babies, Joshua, and i love soccer. our house is huge  and there is a pool in the back and its heated! so i have two brothers, brett, ten and leroy jethro, 26 well i call him gibbs because i love the show NCIS and gibbs, in the show, was a mariene and so is jethro. well i live in louisiana so most of us louisianaians like to hunt, and we are some of them. speaking of louisianaians, duck dynasty. that is  the second best show on the planet so watch both of those shows. DO IT. i tripple dog dare ya. okay so back to meh. my favorite color is neon green, which is the color of my room, mostly. so back to reality.

so after what our 'rents told us, the first thing that popped into my head, like One Direction when they were put together was, if you said chicken nugfets (im talking to bethany louise mcmorris or Bethanyluves1D) im sorry to say that you were wrong. it was "what am i gonna wear?" and with that my parents pulled out ski gear. there were jackets and gloves and shirts and pants and jumpsuits that were neon colors and handed to me. yes i love neon XD. on my clotes was my name stitched in cursive on the back. they were adorable. then they pulled out plane tickets and i got completely psyched. "family meeting over. now go pack," my dad said.

"yes sir," brett and i said at the same time and we went up stairs. i walked into my room and after sitting there a while wondering what to pack i got up and got my mom to help me. she pulled out a week worth of clothes and threw thme into a suitcase and was done. "wow," was all i could say. since she was done, i pulled out my phone and started txting Josh about the trip. after i sent it to him and he replied when are yall leaving?

wendsday in 2nd hour. i get to miss math hahahahahahahah XD

im soo jelous right now.

yout have a right to be jelly because my family is amazayn! whoop whopp im soo pumped its halarious

i didnt text back after that because i had to eat. i am soo pumped for wednsday so i hoped down the stairs  happily. as i said that Happily started playing in my head because its an amazing song so yeah. well i sat down, we ate, i did my after dinner chore , took a shower, then went to sleep.
