Hotch had called them into the round table room late friday night.

"Don't expect to get a lot of sleep the next couple days." Hotch informed them.

"Yes, boss man is correct. You, my crimefighting friends are going to Alabama." Garcia said, turning on the screen to display the smiling faces of three young women.

Hotch distributed the fan manila folders, they began looking through the pictures and reports as Garcia continued.

"We've got an unsub who attacks women in unusual places. First we have Hannah Greyson, thirty years old. She was working at her law firm when she was attacked and killed in the office bathroom." Garcia said uneasily, looking away when she had to show the pictures of the murdered young woman.
"Second is Abby Holtman, thirty one. She was found stabbed to death in an empty office room at her business office."

Morgan raised his eyebrow. "He attacked them inside their own office building? This guy is organized and quick. He isn't our typical offender."

"Any signs of sexual assault?" JJ asked flipping through the file.

"Both of these women were restrained, beaten and raped before being stabbed to death." Garcia replied quickly.

Reid raised his eyebrows and his brown eyes showed he was deep in thought.

"The nature of these crimes isn't usual. He is confident nobody will suspect him or catch him. He does this in public areas, he must be a familiar face. Or at least someone you wouldn't suspect." Emily suggested.

"You know only twenty five percent of rapes are committed in public areas. Usually, people catch the guy in the act so they avoid public places. But this guy, he has no problem doing this in broad daylight." Reid said quickly.

Morgan looked down at the smiling face of Abby and her murder scene pictures beside it. He looked back up.

"You said we have three women?" Emily asked.

"Oh yes, finally we have Janet Marsh, thirty years old. She was found unconscious in her office at her law firm." Garcia said.

"Wait, so she's alive?" Emily asked surprised.

"Well, technically. She's currently in a coma at Huntsville Hospital." Garcia said sadly.

"Do they know if she will recover?" JJ asked.

Garcia shook her head, "it doesn't look good."

"If he didn't actually kill her, he must've been interrupted. He wouldn't willingly let her survive." Rossi chimed in.

"Doesn't look like he has a specific physical appearance preference. Hannah is blonde while Abby and Janet are brunette. However, he seems like to women with power and status." Emily said looking at the pictures.

Morgan nodded in agreement.

"Was there any surveillance footage?" JJ asked.

"Yes, all three buildings had cameras that showed a white man white a baseball cap covering his face." Garcia told them.

"Well, given his timeline, we've got 24 hours before we have another body." Prentiss said grimly.

"When we land, Morgan and Prentiss head over to the latest crime scene and see what you can find. Reid and JJ set up with the local PD, and Dave and I will talk to Janet's parents." He directed them, "wheels up in thirty."
