So in this book, you already have a couple and one of them is person A. They have been wanting children for years but they are not able to conceive a child, so the other person (he doesn't really matter) suggests artificial insemination.
One night, person A has a night out with her friends and gets drunk/high and sleeps with a stranger (person B).
She later finds out that she's pregnant but her partner doesn't know anything about it.
From here on, you kinda have a couple of options: let person A get rid of the child, let person A tell the truth (partner will get mad (or not) and person A starts looking for the real father (person B).
