Tanner was born in Provo, Utah and has lived in Eagle, Idaho, since he was 4 years old. He is a recent graduate of Eagle High School. Tanner played baseball, football, and basketball through middle school, and settled into tennis and golf by the time he was in high school. His musical interests started with the piano, then moved to the drums. His passion turned to singing early in his high school career, where he was a member of Eagle High’s award winning Sonous varsity choir, and where he also landed leading roles in the school’s major musical theater productions. Tanner is a fun-loving young man, an Eagle scout, and the 2nd of 6 children, with 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
