Pokemon: The Krysta Region

Chapter 5: Catching Pokemon part 1

"A-Ash, Gary wa-wake up" Shin said quietly and gently shook Ash and Gary from their bunk beds, Pikachu was already awake so Shin didn't have to worry about him "Oh, please Shin your never going to wake them up if you do it gently" Blitz said "Oh, o-ok what do you th-think I should do?" Shin asked "Watch and learn" Blitz said as he backed up and got into a pouncing position.

"Rise and shine!" Blitz yelled as he let out a thundershock to Ash and Gary's bunk beds and since the parts were made of metal and not wood, it conducted the electricity. (A/N: you can guess what happened)

*ZAP!*

"Ahhhh!" Screamed Ash and Gary as they fell of their bunk beds and fell to the floor flat on their faces "D-didn't that se-seem a bit much?" Shin asked timidly "Better to much than too little" Blitz said, "Uhhg, good morning Shin" said Ash as he got off the floor followed by Gary "Go-good m-morning guys are you ready to go find s-some Pokemon?" Shin asked "Shin you need to work on your speech impediment" Ash said while putting on his shirt and shoes "I-it's not a sp-speech impediment I j-just-" Shin was cut off as Blitz jumped onto his back, "Owww" Shin groaned.

"Seriously? That's getting old" Pikachu said "To you maybe but not to them" Blitz said, he then pointed to Ash and Gary who were laughing at their fallen companion "They... have a poor sense of humor" Pikachu said sweat dropping.

(Time skip:Back at Quartz forest)

"Hey Shin is today going to be a good day to go catch Pokemon?" Gary asked "Im sure it will be I can feel it, right Shin?" Ash asked.

Shin checked the weather on his Pokewatch it was scheduled for stormy weather, but Shin being the timid little boy he is answered
"Y-yeah, your ri-right Ash" Shin lied "Alright! Lets go!" Ash said enthusiastically walking off with Gary and Pikachu, Blitz then turned to Shin "You lied to them didn't you?" Blitz asked, Shin turned away from him blushing in embarrassment "Y-yeah but
wh-what's the wo-worst that can happen?" Shin asked timidly trying to defend himself, little did he know that he would regret that decision later that day.

(Time skip:It rained)

"Shin! I thought you said that it was a good day to catch Pokemon!" Gary yelled, making Shin squeak in fright "I-i'm s-sorry! I-i didn't want to ru-ruin the m-mood" Shin stuttered out, the two humans of the group were running to find shelter, the two pokemon following close behind, and the half human half pokemon was following as best as he could "Hey look up ahead!" Gary yelled, the rest saw an old gray house covered in vines which gave off a creepy vibe and to add to the creepy vibe lightning flashed behind it.

They all stopped in front of it and were discussing to go see if anyone lives there "It looks abandoned lets go inside" Gary said "W-wait!
Ma-manners are im-important let's knock first" Shin suggested "Alright let's just get out of this rain" Ash said, knocking on the door, a minute passed and nobody answered the door "Okay nobody answered the door so lets go inside" Gary said, and right as he was about to grab the doorknob the door opened "......I'm not g-going in there" Shin said nervously "Oh come on Shin it was probably a strong wind blowing at the door" Gary reasoned "Come on in guys you're so slow!" Ash yelled from the inside of the house along with Pikachu.

"O-okay I tr-trust you guys" Shin said walking into the house along with Gary and Blitz, the door then closed abruptly shutting them in the dark, a girlish scream then sounded through the entire house "Manly scream Shin" Blitz mocked "Th-that wasn't me!" Shin stuttered out "Riiiight" Blitz said sarcastically "Relax Shin lets just open the door" Gary said he then tried opening the door but it wouldn't open "Shin" Gary said calmly "Y-yeah?" Shin asked "Don't panic but the door is stuck" Gary explained, Shin then fainted.
