"Mom!,Dad!,Jake!" I cried out running towards my family who laid bloody on the living room floor, I kneeled beside them to see bite marks on there neck wrist and leg, "help!, anyone pls help! " I screamed hugging my mom who has a bite mark on her neck , I was hugging may mom that I didn't even notice, that my dad was waking up more like turning
my dad almost scratched me but good thing Tasha hit his arm with her baseball bat and pulled me away from my mom ,I trashed on her arms when all of them joined holding me down , when suddenly we heard groans coming from behind us .
I know what is gonna happen, "guys, I want you to run to my room as set as you can and don't go downstairs until I tell you to"I whispered trying to sound strong but I know that they don't believe me vaisr we've been friends since we were kids, they nodded and ran upstairs as fast as they can,
I slowly turn around facing what used to be my family but are now just souless creatures with a bottomless stomach ,remember Victoria they might look like your family but they aren't, and your putting them out of there misery, I slowly raised my gun not looking at my family's eyes ,"Goodbye and sorry guys" I said and shot them directly on their foreheads, I quickly ran upstairs and knocked on my door, "guys open the door it's me " I said half whispering half shouting, they opened the door and stepped out of the room, "are you alright Vicky"grace asked concerned
"I'm alright but can you guys help me carry my families body to our backyard cause we can stay here and tomorrow we can go find some supplies" I said, I walked downstairs and carried my brother, even though his heavy,I tried not too cry, they places my parents body and started digging holes for there bodies, "Vicky do have some spare shovels, you know so we can help you",freyea said sad softly, "they're in the garage Frey and here are the keys"I said handing the keys to her , she nodded , grace and freyea gave two shovels to kesha and Tasha, grace can't help cause she has asthma so she decided to clean the living room.
It was almost dark when we finished doing and covering my families bodies, I should be crying for my lost and all but in this new world there is no time for it, I started cooking our dinner more like a simple diner cause we need to save our food if we don't wanna starve to death just incase , after serving the food, we ate dinner quitley, "um Vicky I just remembered when I was cleaning i found this price of paper and it's for you but I swear I didn't read it " grace said handing me a price of paper, I opened the paper and started to read.

Dear Victoria
Honey I'm sorry that we leaved you al alone I this world but we have no choice we are I texted and sooner or later we are gonna die and turn , but we want you to know that there is a key on top of the ref and me and your dad want you to know that the key is for the basement, inside are some weapons that you can use and some supplies that can last you and your friends (if they're with you) ,and we know that you can shoot an defend your friends and yourself but, there is no law anore so there will be bad people out there so there are some safe places that you van stau at and the map is also in the room, and we want you to remember that we love you so Much and we will always watch you from up here you can beat this world you will last till the end cause your strong, we love you so much, don't let the world change you, and keep your friends safe as long as you can.

There where tear stains on the paper and I didnt even notice I was crying , I wiped mg tears and gave my friends a small smile,
"Let's go put some wood on the window guys " I said standing up , after an hour we finished placing some wood over the windows so it won't brake, we put the lights out of the candle and went to bed.
I hope I'll last long in this new world, and I'll try to protect my friends even if it costs my life
