It was dark out and I was walking on the side of the street.passing street light after street light. Cars drove by silently,I could hear the wind pass by my ears witch gave me a cold shiver. I was in a neighborhood walking pass houses that have sweet family's in them and they were warm. I passed by this guy smoking a cigarette he got up and walked up to me when I sat down next to the street. He asked "well what are you doing wondering around at this hour? You?" I gave him a quick look before saying anything "I'm G-Golden but people call me Goldie my parents abandoned me a week ago"I said.
(Mike's POV)
I could not believe what I was seeing this poor little golden bear was left all alone no were to go and no family to call her own!! I must do something for her! I thought. I held my hand out "Here follow me I'll show you the diner where you can stay for the night" I said softly trying not to scare her I have a soft smile and she smiled back and took my hand and we started walking to the diner.
