A long time ago, in November 2015, Natsu had met the love of his life on the internet. Her name was Lucy.
They were in this anime fandom, they met as 2 different roleplay characters. They tagged each other in pictures and roleplayed often. Both of them would always talk about random things, but they never found out what they actually looked like until around New Years Eve, 2016.
Yep, they didn't know what each other looked like until 2016. When Natsu finally sent the picture of himself to Lucy, she melted inside, knowing that she had fallen in love with the idiot more. They had been dating over Instagram for awhile now, about a year.
Both of them loved each other deeply, not caring about their age difference. Lucy was 19, and Natsu was 21.
Natsu lived all the way in Spain while Lucy, Lucy lived in New York. Natsu had been working his butt off to get the money to go visit Lucy all the way in New York. Oh no, he didn't want to visit, he was going to go and live there.
Lucy never knew that he was coming to America, but she had given him her address a long time ago. She trusted him, and she wasn't scared about him coming to come kidnap her, she didn't care if he did anyways.
Natsu had packed everything he needed, all of his things pretty much as he had already bought the tickets to go to America a long time ago.
Natsu had texted Lucy's best friend, Levy Mcgarden. Him and her had already planned this all out as Levy told Lucy that she and her needed to go to the airport to get tickets and go to Washington D.C.
Well, A few days of being on the plane, Natsu finally arrived in America. He was waiting at the airport hiding behind a vending machine. Lucy and Levy had arrived a few hours ago but had been eating lunch. Levy felt her phone buzz and knew it was time.
"Hey, Lu Chan?" Levy tilted her head at Lucy. "Yes Levy chan?" She responded.
"Will you come with me to the vending machine over there?" She pointed at it, then Lucy nodded a little confused why she had to go with her.
So, Lucy walked over there, looking down at her phone not paying attention that levy wasn't there at all.
Natsu walked out from behind the vending machine and Lucy perked her head up in surprise, not believing he was actually standing there and that this was all a dream.
"N-Natsu?" She asked, tears forming in her eyes as she dropped her phone, not caring if it broke.
"Hehe, Hey Baby~" Natsu smiled wide and opened his arms. "Don't sorry baby, this isn't a dream." He said.
Lucy came back to reality hoping he wouldn't disappear as she ran towards him, jumping into his arms as Natsu picked her up, wrapping her legs around his waist as Lucy wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing him deeply while Natsu ran a hand through her hair.
"Natsu." Lucy cried out happily pulling away from the kiss as she hugging him tightly again, crying joyfully as she nuzzled her face into his neck "I love you so much..." she whispered and cried more as Natsu hugged her back tightly, crying a bit also.
"By the way Lucy, mind if I stay at your place?" He smiled slightly, lifting Lucy's chin up so she would look at him. "I sort of, decided to move here.." Natsu said and started sweating slightly.
"You're such an idiot." Lucy laughed happily and continued to hug him tightly.
"Your idiot," he smirked then continued I'm guessing that's a yes?" Natsu grinned a big toothy grin and Lucy nodded.
"I love you" the couple said in unison, as they laughed more.
