The green eyes in the dark (chat noir/ Adrien Agreste x reader)

Chapter 8

----Adrien's P.O.V.----

I felt bad that sky pushed me away, but I know it's because she loves chat noir. But I just, I wish I was that confident with out the mask. Sky's gray limo pulled up, and she got out, wearing a pair of dark green jeans, with a black t shirt, and her messenger bag. "By Lucy! See ya later! Hay Adrien!" She said and hugged me. "Hay!" I say and hug back. "Are you ok? I heard about the new superhero saving you." "I'm fine. And her name is nightmare. Anyway how was you time after the shoot?" Memories of getting there just in time to see nightmare, but to late to see sky rush throw my head.

"Good. Bit boring." The the bell rang. "Let's get to class." And was start walking. And I decided, tonight. I'm going to tell her tonight.

----sky's P.O.V.----

I finally got home, and boy was I glad. I finally get to talk to shadow! I was siting on my bed waiting for shadow to finish her cookie. "He was so cute! His blush covered his whole face!" I say as she finishes.

Knock knock!

"Shadow hide!" I whisper, and walk over to the door, right as she goes under the covers. I open the door, to see max, the butler, at the door. "You have a visitor, young mistress hunter." He said, and moved to the side, showing a blushing Adrien behind him. "Oh! Come in, Adrien!" I say and open the door, even wider, the butler leave, and Adrien walks in. "So? What's up?" I say, looking at his still blushing face. He let out a breath, that was big enough to make me think he was holding it the whole time he has been here. "I can to tell you something, well, more like show." He said. "Adrien? Are you ok? You scaring me." "Sky just trust me." I nod, and he said he was about to say something, when there was another knock on the door. I push Adrien beside the door, so when I open it, he's hidden. "My aunt hates it when I have boys over." I whisper, and open the door.

"Hay, aunt Lucy!" I say. "Lilly! We have a shoot with Agreste in an hour!" She yells. "Ok, I'll be down in a few!" I say and close, then lock the door, and let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. "What ever you need to say, say it quick." "You know what? It can wait!" And then he walks out the door. I hope he doesn't get caught by my aunt.

I know this is the fall collection shoot, and the outfits are already there, so I just put on an everyday outfit, and shoved shadow into my bag, and out the door I was.

When I got to the shoot, they gave me an outfit and told me to change. The shoot was fairly long, seeing as we had to change over outfits ten different times, but that's just the fine print of being a model. Anyway, Adrien was being really weird. He was only around you when you where doing taking  a photo, and he didn't talk to you either. Like he wanted to tell you something, but was scared. so scared he couldn't talk to you. You shrugged it off, and carried on with the shoot.

The next day

I was sitting in class, thinking about how weird Adrien was acting at the shoot. You where sitting next to Chloe, you never had a problem with her, but then again, she never really talked to you. But today was different. It was like, no matter where you went, someone was fallowing you. When lunch rolled around, you where sitting with Adrien, when Chloe walked up to you. She grabbed you by the collar, and made you stand up. She looked you in the eye, and said, "I tired of you stealing Adrien from me! He mine, Salope! Vous un chercheur d'or et un voleur d'homme!" (You bitch! Your a gold-digger and a man stealer!) and she slapped me. I pushed her away and said, "I'm sorry If that's what you think, oh wait, I don't care about your opinion, because first I must respect you as a person, which I don't. So leave me alone."this just made her even more mad. She charged at me, ready to land her fist to my face. But I slide to the right, and she crashed into a table, the same one Adrien was sitting at. "Don't worry Adrien! I'll get rid of her for you!" She then turned around, ready to try to hit me again.

But Adrien grabbed her arm, and she didn't move. "Stop. Chloe, I never loved you. Your clingy and rely to much on others. You think it's your way, or the highway. But your wrong. You need to respect people, before people will respect you." Then he let go, and walk away. With me hot on his heel.

"What was that about?" I ask as we walk down the hall. "Nothing." He said, and kept walking.  I Grabbed his jacket sleeve, and stood still. He turned around to see me looking at the floor, with tears running down my face. "Ah! W-what's w-wrong?" He asked, looking at me. "You." "What?" "You. You've been ignoring me since you came to my house that night. I'm sorry that I don't love you back, but I want to be friends with you, and your treating me like a piece of shit you found on your shoe." I say and he's taken back for a minute. "No! I don't hate you! I don't think you shit! It's just that... I can't live every day with the thought, that you'll never love me back. I was trying to tell you something important when you aunt came in. I was trying to find a way to tell you, and I'm sorry if it came of as me ignoring you." He says, and raised my face, and wiped a few tears from my face, before his lips where on mine, and I swear, if felt them before, but as I love another, I push Adrien away. "I'm sorry. But as I said before, Mon coeur appartient à un autre." (My heart belongs to another.) and I walk away.

So much drama is such a short chapter!
