Introduction

I needed to get out of from that crowd I stepped outside leaned against the stone wall and brought out a cigarette. It wasn't even five minutes later when I became aware of her voice

" You shouldn't smoke". I glanced to my right and there she was standing her arms crossed and studying me. I rolled my eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes. You know full well I'm right." I did an that's the sad part. she walked over to me and took the cigarette from me. She put it out and stared me right in the eyes and said

"Don't let it dominate you life Niall, you're stronger than that." And with that she walked away.

"You think I don't know that?" I questioned

She stopped short in her tracks and turned halfway around.

"I'm serious Niall. That's how my uncle died. He had lung cancer from smoking and passed away at the age of 44"

This story was a dream. I changed a few things like places and names. I also had it take place in St. Augustine because I did a lot of research on Florida cause I really want to go there one day and this place is so rich with history and I thought it would be amazing to have a story take place there. And also I wanted to say that the majority of the places mentioned in this book are real places.
