Love is the closeness of souls

Yurio sat against the wall. Rain fell from the clouded sky, making puddles which would evemtually evaporate and the whole cycle would start over again.
Yurio let out a sigh and straightened his stance.

Bizzz

Bizzz

"Hm?" He reached into his back pocket and took out his phone.

"O-Otabek...? What does he want?"

'Where are you?'

Yurio checked the street name then texted back: -insert street name-. Why?

"Hey! Yurio!" A voice called out.

The skater looked up from his phone and saw a smiling Otabek waving at him from across the street. He then began making his way across the street when-

Crash

Otabek stood there, eyes wide, his hands shaking. The driver stepped out of his car and approched Yurio, an umbrella as well as a flashlight in his hands

"Hey kid! Hey, cmon. Get up-!" The man shone light on Yurios unmoving body.
His arms and legs were distorted. Face pale, as he was laying in a pool of thick, red blood. Lips fading into a pale blue. Otabek rushed to his side and took him into his arms

"Y-Yuri.! Wake up!" Otabek shook him lightly whilst crying.

"You cant be dead, no! I didnt even get the chance to tell you... I-I love you..." His body shook vigorously as he cried and sobbed .

"I ... love you..... too..."

Thud

"Ow, fuck! The hell was that dream..?" Yurio rolled off the bed and hit his head on the black nightstand.
He rubbed the back of his head then extended an arm to grab onto something to lift himself up

"Great way to start off my day" He said with great sarcasm.

Yurio stood up then made his way to the kitchen, and began to brew himself a cup of coffee.

I wish Otabek was here.... im getting lonely. Wait no. I dont need him. Besides, he probably already forgot about me...

A sudden roar of thunder interupted Yurios train of thoughts.
He pulled himself to the window

"Peeeerrrrfect." He watched as rain drops hit the window. Each fell down, one by one, making a small 'tint' everytime water struk glass.
There was then a hard knock at the door. Yurio sighed

"Come in!" He walked over to the kitchen counter and began to pour his coffee when two hands covered Yurio's eyes.

"Guess who"

Yurio spilt his beverage on the counter top, as he was at a complete loss for words.

"Otabek..?" Was all that escaped from his mouth.

The scent of musky calone washed over the younger male making him lose balance in which Otabek caught him.
Thunder and lightning clashed together outside the comfort of their home.
Wind speeds picked up, as even more cumulonimbus started coming, making people wounder if they should take precautions and possibly evacuate to their basement or bathroom.
Trees thrashed around outdoors causing them to snag on power lines, sometimes making the lights flicker on and off.
