from both perspectives

Sicilian's POV
"See, we don't usually do these kinds of things with this company Ms Amore" she shifted in her seat with a portfolio

"Don't do what things? if I may ask" I lean forward a bit

"We um- how do I say this?.. We usually don't accept ones that are outside the blonde/brunette haired, blue eyes, and slim "box". Curvy, short, brown eyes, green eyes, we really haven't gave calls back to those who modeled for us because we've been trying to keep our company pretty conservative-"

"With all due respect Ms.Tucker don't you believe that there should be some type of diversity? I mean yes you can still make millions but seeing different faces with the same physical features, will sort of get old wouldn't you think?" I ask trying not to get off with my attitude that's threatening to come out.

"You didn't let me finish Ms Cameron" she says gently

"My apologies, continue" she gives me a faint smile before starting her sentence back up.

"I am the head manager of the branch of the company in Victoria's Secret that decides on whether to accept or decline models into our company but when I seen you model last week, something within you, compelled me to see more of you and what you're about because I believe so highly that you will help this company excel. You may not be Caucasian, have blonde hair and blue eyes but you're different to me" she stares at me with passion in her eyes as I feel mines water a bit.

I watched as she took out the unedited copy of my contract that she and I had signed, and my portfolio, took what looked like a stamp from out of her purse, opened it and stamped my paper that sat in front of me. In bold black letters, the words said: ACCEPTED

"Congrats Sicily, you're an Angel now"

Toni's POV
"Come on! Don't do this to me now Sir. You don't understand how hard I've worked to complete these drawings-" I huff and sigh before grabbing at my ends with my hand.

"No Toni I do, but you have to understand that this Museum is just very occupied with space of thousands of other paintings and we just don't have space for yours unfortunately. I hate to be the bearer of bad news to you Toni but you have to understand!" I looked at the pale, shortish man in a suit who's huffing breath is seen like smoke to the cool fall temperature.

"This museum has been opened and useful for years, centuries even! There has to be some paintings or creations that is just slowly decaying and can be removed but you're just too lazy to go back and actually investigate it. Why Daniel? How come you can't somehow export what I have into this building? You've worked here for years I can't even count so you know how spacious this place is and you've seen my work! You've even acknowledged that its museum worthy but why is that, when I choose this one, you think of all the possible excuses to why you can't take them?" I ask shaking my head and staring at him as his breath steadies and he sighs.

"I'm sorry Toni but there just isn't vacant space for your work.. I don't know what else to say but I'm sorry." His face seemed to hold some sincerity but I wasn't buying it.

"Right" I say faintly before turning on my heels and walking down the steps of the famous Art Museum in New York. I grip my leather jacket and pull the hood up on my head and walk back to my car. A museum that big has to have some available space for a simple drawing, I'm determined to find out truthfully why he won't accept me or my work. I will be back.
