Their Final Act

It was a bunch of kids, like me!

And the Justice League... But the kids, that's what wowed me. 

I was late, to Batman's standards..... But still, Barry explained everything.

I was going to be apart of a covert team, with the people in front of me. Which included Roy, who I knew from the past, and Aqua Ladd. Of course, they did say there was one more, but I'd meet her later. Three of us. I wondered how we'd even pull it off.....

My first question was what about Batman? He didn't have a side kick? It wasn't very surprising, but still shouldn't he have one? Someone to replace him should he parish? I guess not, so I kept my mouth shut, which was rare...

The three of us clicked and well, we enjoyed joking around and all of that shit..

While the 'Bosses' talked about who knows what.

I did however over hear some things....

"NO! I just got him. He is not....."

"Why not Bats? It's not going to hurt him!"

"I said no! He's too young."

"Two years younger then Wally is young to you?"

"Yes! He does not even know about this. He never will!"

"You said he was curious, he'll find out eventually..."

"Batman. We have an issue at the Batcave...."

Then Batman left.... I don't think anyone knew why. Which worried me more....
