The Wonders of Pedgro

Pedgro's Arrival

It took Pedgro 4 days to finally get to CastleDeTomas. As a kid, he always thought it was like a fantasy land. He would always look at pictures of it and wonder what it would be like. Turns out, it was the opposite. When he arrived, the conductor threw his belongings out and said,
"Good luck sucker, this is not the place to be."
Then he zoomed out of the town. Pedgro figured it wasn't what he thought it was.
When he entered the front gate, he was confused. He saw humans, pandas, and all sorts of creatures from other countries. This wasn't normal because in this country, humans were the main population. There were only 11 races, but many different countries. The races were: humans, pandas, jacwas, crikateers, elfs, orcs, apes, gonks, shadowns, tropaukeys, and repnosaurs. Humans were very scarce anywhere else. Only about 127,000 are still remaining after the Creptic Hellfire attacked. Most of the population parished in that attack. Pedgro was very confused until he saw something in the distance. He remembered what his dad told him about Fanatasia. It had minerals that no other country had. Pedgro realized that Fanatasia had made a new product that was unavaliable anywhere else. Pedgro didn't regonize it, he'd never seen anything like it. He heard a noise in the distance. A whole crowd started to run. When he saw what was happening, he started to run too. A jacwa had the new product, and was aiming it and firing it. Pedgro now realized it was a new gun. Even though he knew it was a gun, it still seemed odd. Instead of shooting bullets, it shot burst of a new substance. Pedgro suddenly zoned back in when the gun was aimed at him. He started to run and was shot in the leg with the weird substance. He struggled to get back up. He turned around and saw the jacwa aiming at him for the finishing shot. But then, a arrow came through its throat. It then fell and was dead. Pedgro recognized the arrow. Only one race shot shadow arrows. Shadowns, known for their stealth and arrows. When Pedgro saw the shadown who shot the jacwa, he realized it was about his age. It was just a teenager. Pedgro quickly got up to go and thank the shadown, but it had disappeared. So he just went to his hotel and went to sleep. He figured sleep would be mandatory for a few days.
~The next day~
In the morning, Pedgro went to go get some food when he heard a crowd chanting. He went to see why they were chanting. He looked passed the crowd and saw a panda eating. It was eating so fast, bowl after bowl. He must've ate for twenty minutes before he was done. The store must've gone out of buisness. Pedgro went to go meet it.
"Hey, my name is Pedgro."
"Mine is Ganga. Do you need any help?"
"No, I was just coming over here to ask you if you wanted to hang out sometime."
"How about tonight, me and my friend Bonedost are going to watch the BBR."
"The what?"
"The Battle Between Races. It's a big event."
"Oh ok, I'll be there. Does your friend happen to be a shadown?"
"How did you know? You must've met."
"I wouldn't really call it meeting, he saved my life."
"Ok, I'll go get him."
Ganga went and got Bonedost.
"Hi, my nam-"
"I know your name,it's Pedgro. Why did the jacwa shoot you?"
"I don't know, it just shot me."
"Oh, well we got to go, see you at the BBR."
"Ok, see you there."
Pedgro went home and forgot his food, so he went to go get it. He thought that his trip may actually be quite fun.
