Hey.. so I hope you all had a great Christmas and if you don't celebrate Christmas then I hope you had a great day. I also hope y'all had a great New Year's Eve / day. I love y'all, stay strong. Didn't check for spelling.

I'm sitting here, at my favorite cliff, just soaking in my surroundings.

I've had enough.

She led me on for so long, and I just let it happen.

I guess I was too caught up in the moment.

At least that's what my friends say.

"Y/n/n" I hear behind me.

I get up and face Ally for the first time in a week.

I chuckle.

"You used to cry because you didn't want to lose me, but you did, and now you don't care. Honestly, you never did" I say taking a step back towards the cliff.

"Please don't jump, please y/n/n. I lost you one way I can't lose you another" she says breaking down crying.

"I never said I was going to jump, Allyson. I don't want to. I want to move on with my life and show you how good I'll do without you. And that's exactly what I'll do" I say walking past her to my car.

I open the door but before I get in, I look at Ally one last time. She's facing me with tears streaming down her face as mine stays emotionless.

"I love you" she says.

"I love me too" I say smiling and then get in my car.

I roll down the window and without looking at her I say,
"And for the record, you never did. Stop lying to yourself" and drive away.

I drive to the one person who always understood me, who was always there for me.

Normani.

I pull up in her drive way and knock on her front door.

She opens the door looking as gorgeous as ever in grey sweatpants and a black Calvin Klein sports bra. Her hair in in a messy bun and she has no makeup on.

"Hey babe, are you okay?" She asks concerned.

I smile and nod my head as I put my arms around her neck.

She wraps her arms around my torso and smiles into my neck.

I know she's in love with me, and she knows I love her too but Ally got in the way.

"I'm done with her" I whisper still in her embrace.

She pulls away with a confused expression until it finally hits her.

She smiles the biggest smile I've ever seen on her face and she pulls me into the house and onto the couch.

I cuddle into her side as she puts on "Sweeney Todd:Demon Barber of Fleet Wood Street" and smile.

Halfway into the movie I turn to look at her.

She feels my staring and turns to me, our noses bump.

I look from her eyes to her lips and she does the same with me.

"Why didn't I ditch her sooner?" I ask and lick my lips.

"I don't know, but it's better late than never" she says smiling.

I smile too and bring her closer my her neck.

"Now, I can finally do this" I whisper and kiss her.

We break the kiss by us both smiling, which is the best way to break a kiss (lmao I wouldn't know) and we just stare into each other's eyes.

"Be mine, I won't hurt you like she did. I promise" she says.

"I know you won't" I say and smile.

Ally never cared, but I know Mani does.
